“Another Colerain township gem..!First off I was greater by 4 smiling faces. I was assisted with ordering, and offered shake on spices, a very lite lemon salt, homemade hot sauce, and fresh made tortillas. Ordered the whole roasted chicken dinner. Came with beans and rice, and a nice tossed salad. EVERYTHING was delicious. I had to dash a bit of all the seasoning in my food, and was pleasantly surprised at the unique flavors. The salad was fresh and crisp. All in all, it was a 5+ star, south of the border experience for my senses, but especially my taste buds.Gracias amigos, we will return!“

“Pam placed my order for my family and was very nice, present with our conversation, kind and polite.
Kathy and the other lady who came in at 11:30a that day, sorry I don’t remember her name, were both very helpful and polite. We had a pleasant conversation and were very nice to my kiddos. She offered them mints and wipes for their fingers. She was very helpful when I was needing something and didn’t want to leave my kids by themselves she offered to get me something.

Today, 8/9/24, Kelly took the initiative to check in on my mobile in store pick up order. She was very nice and polite.

“A few regular employees who have taken our order over the years go above and beyond to make sure my son's (who has food allergies) food is prepped as requested. The few times there have even been the slightest question of safety or miscommunication in the kitchen, they have remade his food with no problem. The employees are always so kind, friendly and understanding, and this is so appreciated!“

“Just ordered Bubbakoo's today and Chipotle no longer exists to me. This restaurant outdoes them in every way. I would marry this restaurant if I could. I ordered a taco salad with fried cauliflower and I melted as soon as I took my first bite. The crispiness of the cauliflower was perfectly complimented by the perfectly cooked beans, delicious sauce and guacamole. The way my food was packaged made it feel like I was opening a present. I think I'm in love.

“The food was good as usual. I am not a fan of the new mets, however, as they seem to be smaller than the Hotdogs. I will say that over the years, the skyline has always had good food, but the price is less than to be desired. This is why, unfortunately, we eat chili dogs at home usually as you can usually get 2 to 3 times the amount of food compared to in resturaunt. I was also shocked when our bill came out to be more than what we would spend at a restaurant such as Olive Garden.“

“I have only ever been a drive-thru customer at this location, so I cannot speak to the dining room. However, the drive-thru has outdoor speakers with upbeat music playing and it smells heavenly outside, not a smelly dumpster or grease stain in sight. The food is always the same quality, and the line to order moves very quickly. The menu has good visibility and the crew at the window are very pleasant to interact with. Can’t go wrong stopping here for some good fried chicken“

No where you find yourself in the Queen City.Personally, noodles are my least favorite delivery method for chili to taste buds. But, icons existing for a reason. Even though the chili is a little sweet for my liking, the chili dogs are a wiener (see what I did there) and the service is great!Legends exist for a reason!“

“It's skyline, so the food was great as usual. The main thing I wasn't a fan of, was that they removed the salt shakers from the table. Once I realized that, I had to wait to get my server's attention to bring me several packets. It might be nitpicking but that was the only issue I had.“

Asst Mgr Barb, without missing a beat continued filling orders, asked if they had my order.When she got no answer, she asked one of the cooks to make my sandwich.She asked another co-worker if she had coupons. Once my order was ready, she sincerely apologized for the and gave me my food and the coupon. I told her I was impressed with how she made things happen and took care of the situation.
