“We have wanted to try this place since we attended a wedding in the attached venue a while ago. Overall, nice place, but could be much better.
First, it was a Saturday night in January, and single digit temperatures out. Why wasn’t the beautiful fireplace lit? You have that tool for extra ambiance (and warmth)-use it!
Next, server was good, although she honestly stated she hasn’t tried a lot of their menu items-I like honesty best, but FEED THIS GIRL SO SHE CAN MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS. Waitressing 101.
We ended up getting the bang bang shrimp and cranberry & whipped feta for appetizers. The bang bang is nothing like Bonefish Grill’s; think more like Olive Garden’s shrimp appetizer-still very good. I was intrigued by the cranberry/whipped feta, and WOW! Everyone loved it, and we will definitely get it again (and try to replicate it at home). If you dine here, do not miss that.
On to entrees: our friends both got fish & chips, which they said were amazing. Good crunch, not too much breading, great taste, meaty pieces of fish (they had to take some home it was so big). My wife’s and mine-not so much. The chicken pot pie was mashed potatoes with a few chunks of chicken and vegetables in it, with a puff pastry crust baked on top. No.
My pork chop was good, but thin. Not worth the money. My sides were both cold.
We didn’t address a manager since we were running late for an event.
I’m rating 4 stars due to our friend’s dinner quality and the apps, but everything else needs to be more consistent. It was packed by the time we left, so it seems overall good. I think they just need to tighten up a few things, and it could be great.“

“Visited the new 3 Brothers Diner in Powell on Thursday and it was fantastic. Staff was over the top nice and the worst part of the visit was deciding what to order because EVERYTHING looked delicious from the huevos rancheros (which I got and highly recommend) to a plate of nachos that could feed a small army to the breakfast burritos our group ordered they were all fantastic. Topped my huevos off with the best cantarita I've ever had. This is going to become a new regular place to come for sure. Such a varied menu --will take us a long time to try everything. Make sure to try out this new gem in Powell.“

“I did carry out for the first time and it was amazing! The person who took the phone order repeated it back and when it was ready I traveled with it over an hour. It was all packed well and still warm when I arrived. Nothing was messed up and it was all excellent down to silverware and sauces in side containers! Well done!“

“Why Why Why would you guys get rid of fresh cut fries!! The new fries are not doing it AT ALL! The fresh cut fries are a big reason I come in for a quick lunch. Fries are a significant part of a persons meal. I will significantly reduce the amount of time I come in for lunch. The meats are still good and will continue to purchase for get togethers at home.“

“First time visiting this cafe earlier today and it was such a lovely experience! 😊 Lots of coffee options, but the baristas were eager to explain what was available. I went with a simple cappuccino with coconut sweetener. Sooo good. (Can't speak to the pastries though.)
I camped out for a few hours to do some work on my laptop. No issues with the wifi at all; it was free guest wifi with no password needed. It was pretty calm (I went on a Wednesday afternoon/evening) with a quiet trickle of folks in & out. There's even a piano in the back that someone was noodling around on!
I loved the peaceful ambiance & variety of seating options, and later in the evening I switched to a couch to read my book. It's so nice to have a café open a bit later!! Also, one of the baristas kindly asked if I felt the lighting was too low to read comfortably, which was so thoughtful (I've never been asked that - I thought it was a good brightness!)
I've been to a lot of cafés, but this is definitely my new favorite spot. Delicious coffee, cozy atmosphere, and 10 out of 10 service. I'll definitely be back! ❤️“

“Used to love going to this location and have been since they opened this store. Went in tonight and had the worst customer service EVER!!!! I will not be back to this location ever again. We drove 45 minutes to get here and was lied to not once but 2 times after waiting for a table for 30 minutes. Not going into all the details but i will NOT be back I'll drive over an hour to go somewhere else or another location next time. Our rating will be a negative stars if that was possible“

“Our I-Next Kiwanis Club has hosted both a fundraiser and a quarterly group meeting at this location. The General Manager Jake Moore and his management team have gone out of their way to make every event there a great success. We had a large group with individual orders and appetizers. The food was excellent, the service was excellent and we held our meeting in their private room area. This was able to accommodate our meeting and our annual rather large White Elephant Sale. Parking is very easy, they have multilingual staff which is most helpful when you have multi-lingual customers and are located right off the I-270/I-71 in central Ohio. A major thoroughfare throughout the entire state of Ohio. Glad to see I-Hop understands and meets all of their customer needs. Top of the Morning to all of You.
