“As usual, good doughnuts. Although later in the day they do not taste as fresh (makes sense). The atmosphere reflects back to the 1950's or so. The outside sign appears original. It is located at a busy intersection. Be careful when attempting to leave the parking lot. The decor leaves something to be desired. Yet the spot does its job... Offering a reasonably good product that makes the taste buds very happy!“

“This Tim Horton has the best of e everything from food and drinks . Yesterday I observed one of the customers abusing the employees. It was brutal. Nobody has the right to treat anyone that way. NoBody. To treat someone like that is awful. This world has gotten to where if you screw up I am going to destroy you. It's like there entitled. She was doing everything to apologize you still acted like a jerk. We are only human. But to treat someone like because your having a bad day. I want everyone to know theemployees in that tim hortons are the best. I visit1 or 2 times daily. There is always a smile asked how I am, I want to thank tim horton employees for all there kindness and giving the best every customer service they can, once again thank I go tim hortons not only for coffee the food but to see the caring people with a smile. So when you go thru drive thru or inside you remember that before you are nasty call names cuss at her forgetting she is a human being. I've always thought that people like that that has to belittle someone that they are the most insecure people in the world.“

She was so smiley and kind when she gave it to me, too. She didn't have to do that. She could have just said "we are out" and that would have been fine. “Not only are the cookies fantastic, the customer service is as well. I ordered cookies from the Worthington location to be delivered for a birthday. Due to a snag in the ordering system, the order was canceled. I sent an email and in return received a phone call from Katie, the store’s shift leader. She called not once but 3 times to make sure the order was corrected—- and credited! Staff even added a dozen extra cookies! In addition, another employee,Ashley, took it upon herself to make sure the cookies were delivered asap. I also received an email from the company’s customer care representative later in the day to apologize. Top notch customer service. Thank you.“
