“I always enjoy Little Italy, the food is always good and decently priced.
I am only giving 4 stars because I went with my whole family. 9 people. And my older mother in law paid the bill.
Mom realized the next morning that the bill she paid was not even ours! She paid like $160 plus a tip that was over $30. Turns out our actual bill was only $110 and so our tip would have been significantly less as well.
It took several calls and a few days wait but a manager DID refund the difference. But overall I'm disappointed that could've even happened. The orders weren't even similar.“

“Been going here since 2018, but food got better in the last 3 years. We dine in twice a month and are big fans of their tamales (creamy masa with tasty shredded pork in red sauce filling) and chili rellenos (a huge chile in crispy batter, stuffed with overflowing, melted cheese and topped with ground beef in red sauce. Chile still has a good bite and not overcooked at all). Their Especial Los Mariachis Fajita is huge and overflowed with shrimps, carnitas, asada, chorizo, and chicken PLUS sliced onions, green and red peppers (we always opt for jalapenos instead). And once you're seated, they'll bring you (free) chips and refreshing salsa, which has a little kick to it. We love going there! The service is good, the waiters are always polite and respectful. The restaurant is clean with nice ambiance, good background Mexican music, and clean restrooms. Prices are on point and reflect the inflation and whatnot.“

“We traveled on I-70 and took a short detour to check out this German restaurant. The food was fabulous! We ordered the pretzels and beer cheese, Milder Mama sausage platter, Fat Daddy sandwich, and the kid’s hotdog. The atmosphere felt authentic and service was good. We reserved a table ahead using yelp. I recommend that if you go on a Saturday or at a busy time of year.“

“What would it take to get this in California? I think I referred at least ten new diners here during the week we spent in Columbus, and they all loved it too! Hearty, healthy meals at an accessible price point, delicious as all get out, and almost entirely gluten free! Many of the diners I referred are gluten-free and they all enjoyed their options here. I dined here twice and got the sandwich and the salad, and both were absolutely incredible. The brisket? Melt in your mouth. We even shared lots of our meal with our nine month old baby (baby led weaning), and he also approved wholeheartedly! The service was friendly and professional, and the space was clean and had a lovely atmosphere. The local friend who recommended it to me told me not to miss the tahini chocolate chip cookie, and she was SO right. Moral of the story is, I need this in the SF Bay Area, stat!“

“Went for the first time the Korean chx special and it was delicious and super filling. But even more pleasant than my food was the service I received. I was a bit irritated cause I felt some couple had cut in front but the warm smile and friendliness of the front of house was spectacular. You can tell he enjoys what he does. Often I’m confused by choice of front of house staff, but whoever you got up there with the tats lol keep that guy! Definitely will be back for another special. Who doesn’t love bleu cheese ?!“

“There’s a reason the Press Grill has been around forever - good, reasonably priced food on a menu that has barely changed in decades. That’s a good thing - the sandwiches, Mac and cheese, cottage fries, etc. need no improvement. There are daily specials if you’re looking for something different, but most regulars have their thing. Accessibility is an issue at this original location - it’s an old building, so the door is narrow and the tables close together and all high top except a single low top in the back. The Grandview location is easier for large groups or those with mobility challenges, but if those are not barriers for you, you can’t go wrong with the original.“

“I can’t say enough good things about this place. First of all, it’s entirely Vegan. I’ve been to Vegan restaurants all around the U.S. and Europe, and this is one of the absolute best right in Columbus! Chef Chad is just a cool dude. My wife and I got to meet him at VegFest and he couldn’t have been any nicer. We watched his show Top Vegan and because of all of this, we decided to make a trip from Cleveland to Columbus. We are so happy we did and this place lives up to the hype. The Vrunchwrap was delicious and it’s so good we are going to figure out how to recreate it at home. “pros and cons. CONS.. If you were to base your visit on first checking out the cleanliness of the bathrooms before you eat, you'd turn around and leave. The men's room in the basement needs so much work and the multiple colonies of gnats was like visiting the basement of college kids from a party and cans and spilled beer have never been cleaned up. Horrible condition. The ladies refused to even look at theirs. Booths are small and tight. Definitely an old building, but it's kind of cool with its history. PROS... Those were some really really good burgers. Wife got the Ali and I got the Old School. Burgers are huge and easily splitable. We tried this after friends suggested the burgers and we were not disappointed. Onion rings were too greasy for us, but the fries and homemade chips were great. Alll and all, it's definitely an option to eat again when in town.“
