“I just wanted to take the time to thank the employees and manager at this Canes location. I apologize for not getting your names! But they were so helpful tonight on 6/13/25 (and every other time we have Canes lol). My child has Celiac disease, and there are very few fast food places she can safely eat. It’s not a 100% safe, but they’ve always accommodated our requests to make it as safe as possible for her to have yummy fries. Tonight we had a snafu where my bread and my child’s fries were put in the same container after requesting they remain separate. I didn’t realize until I got home with the food. I went back and they very kindly remade my whole order and the manager did it himself to ensure everything was correct. I don’t want to be difficult ever, so their care and service was so incredibly appreciated, and the food was delicious. “I love Arby's Beef 'n Cheddar sandwiches and when they have the deals. However, on Jan. 6 and tonight, Feb. 11th, 2020, going through drive thru, my Arby's Gift Card for order wouldn't go through. I used it just fine in Dec. 2019. I went to the store to see the Day manager on 1/7 and all registers, including drive thru, showed my balance. Tomorrow, I will be going in again for this! It must be when there's an order and when swiped, some glitch! I have a balance, which even the night manager tonight was shown that receipt from 1/7. This is ridiculous. Never had these gift card problems before. My son, who was getting my orders, both times, and assured him for tonight, the card would work, is out of money! Usually 5 stars.“

“Placed a pick up order yesterday evening for after a softball game and the game went longer than expected. Got there almost an hour later than I had told them and they were kind enough to make my order fresh again. No side eye looks, no grumpy faces, every one of the workers were just smiling and working. I felt bad for wasting food but they assured me that it was ok. Great crew“

“I went to white castle around 1:30a.m.. overall food was hot. The only thing was the fries were sorta cold by the time I got home. Everything was well other than that. Thank you guys for the good food.

“I ate there yesterday around 3:30 pm and the staff was amazing! The guy working the grill and both cashiers were very polite and provided excellent customer service. I don't eat there often due to being a vegatarian but will definitely start going more often with the service being so great!“

“Listen, it's mcdonalds, I know. However more times than not my stuff is getting messed up. I keep overlooking it. I've dealt with upset kids with wrong happy meals and worked that out on my own. But man.... so, this morning did the deal to add the mcmuffin for $1, and I get it's just a $1 but at the same time, I do this for coworkers every once in a while, we take turns surprising each other, sometimes I want it for lunch instead. Regardless... it wasn't in the bag. I didn't catch it until after I ate my hash brown and drank my coffee... but yet again. Another $1. When its been $3, $5, etc. I've wasted so much money here they've made off me for inccorect packaging. This is just me and not the numerous X amount of people it also happens to. Workers are always nice! But also being the only one in line with a mobile order sent 10 mins ahead of time-- you'd think the ticket would've been read quite a few times for accuracy. So hopefully yall see that. I'd be okay waiting an extra 30 secs for accuracy! 4 stars for friendliness at the windows, and great coffees. Usually the morning crew is better than the afternoon, but I can't judge off previous experiences either of PM vs AM crew members. But at least my hash brown was fresh which is the best and my favorite part.“

If you ever go to this McDonald's and you say they are rude, why don't you go there and get a job. I praise the workers here because they have to put up with all the people who complain all the time.
