“always have supported paneria but this morning not so much...had a mgr wait on my husband...she got our order wrong. .as for 4 sandwiches n only got 3 but were only charged for 3...didn't ask if needed condiments for the coffee....when paying was told not to enter a tip...hubby ask why n was told he doesn't get one...hubby ask about other workers. was told just enter 0 for tip...that's not a mgr I would work for.. dont know if will go back.“

“I have been to this location a couple times and always find it wonderful. Today it was hard-core raining and I had to go order. I waited for a while, but I was anxious to get home and eat. So I was gonna brave the rain. An employee asked me to wait. He went in the back and cut a large garbage bag lengthwise and he had another employee held it over my head like a tarp, walking me all the way to my car while they got wet. Then they went back for my little guy to walk him to the car as well. Really above and beyond Their responsibilities or expectations for service. But they were wonderful.“

“The brewery was very helpful in helping us to coordinate hosting our twenty-year high school reunion here, and on a Saturday evening at that.

They were easy to work with both before and during the event, and it was a blast hosting in the space. Also worth mentioning that the beers are all very good for their style; there were no disappointments in the lineup.

“Of course to me the Olive Garden is going to be good. Service is just as, if not more important to me than the food. My server was excellent. He was very personable and friendly. Has only downfall would be that he kept forgetting to bring my daughter a drink. The rest of the staff was genuinely friendly also. What I did not appreciate was the large table of loud teenagers they sat in the same area as older people and adults. It became hard to concentrate on our conversation and the food once they sat down. We packed our food, did not end up getting dessert and left quickly. Working as a hostess, you should know how to group certain people together. It ended our dining experience and lost your restaurant and the server additional money. How often do you think that has happened?. Lots of lost revenue not paying attention to details.“

Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! “Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

They were apologetic especially since it was a sensitivity issue and they remade the sandwich without that ingredient.Fantastic staff, great food, and an overall good experience.I look forward to coming back!

“I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“
