“always have supported paneria but this morning not so much...had a mgr wait on my husband...she got our order wrong. .as for 4 sandwiches n only got 3 but were only charged for 3...didn't ask if needed condiments for the coffee....when paying was told not to enter a tip...hubby ask why n was told he doesn't get one...hubby ask about other workers. was told just enter 0 for tip...that's not a mgr I would work for.. dont know if will go back.“

The portions are VERY generous and everything is made right in front of you. Clean eating and doesn’t sit heavy on you. The storefront was clean and the two workers on duty were nice and always working hard.“

“Booked a private room for my wife's 60th birthday party, the food was was awesome and they let us decorate the room and even allowed us to bring in food for the children. The bar was crazy busy due to the fc game but you couldn't tell in the room, it was quite enough for conversations with family and friends. Will definitely book again for our Christmas party

“I feel like a secret has been kept from me...I did a search for "smoothie near me", looking for a healthy smoothie to take to my husband who was stuck at UC West Chester. Currito (what?) comes up on my phone so I follow the directions to Currito. I walked in to a sparkling clean restaurant and was greeted by a friendly staff member. Greeted. Friendly. I'm serious. I shared with this friendly staff member that I've never been to their store and I just need to stare at the menu for a moment. He offer to read off the menu to me. I'm still serious. I ended up ordering a Jimmy Carter and a Thai salad. I complimented the staff for their wonderful service and was then approached by Ashley, the manager, who thanked me for my compliments. No, really! It has been quite a while (maybe never this combination) since I was greeted by a friendly staff member upon entering an incredibly clean and organized restaurant who fulfilled my order to perfection and was then approached by a management staff who gave a care. I will be back. I will share with anyone who will listen to visit this restaurant who serves clean and healthy food because they care. They are doing the right thing. And they're killing it!! Bravo, guys.“

“I have been to this location a couple times and always find it wonderful. Today it was hard-core raining and I had to go order. I waited for a while, but I was anxious to get home and eat. So I was gonna brave the rain. An employee asked me to wait. He went in the back and cut a large garbage bag lengthwise and he had another employee held it over my head like a tarp, walking me all the way to my car while they got wet. Then they went back for my little guy to walk him to the car as well. Really above and beyond Their responsibilities or expectations for service. But they were wonderful.“

“Having one line for actual drive-through orders and one line for mobile orders in theory seems like a good idea but at this location is not a smart one. There are hardly any mobile orders that go through this line, but the drive-through line is always eight or nine cars long. Everything is taken care of as usual, but saving one line for mobile only is not a great choice. Any other place that has mobile app usage takes care of them in the same line. You just have to specify who you are..“

“I am so disappointed and embarrassed. I had family coming from out of state. 3 hours before they arrived we ordered a cheese pizza and grape walnut salad for our vegetarian family. We went to pick up the pizza 3 hours later. When we got back with the pizza,we found that it was a pepperoni pizza. The salad was not grape walnut, but it was topped with bacon. It was too late to switch out due to the fact that they were already waiting on dinner! So disappointed! I cannot reccomend them any more.“

He came out to my car, personally wiped my tears away, then opened my car’s hood and solved the issue in just a couple minutes! I tried to tip him, but he said the smile on my face was plenty of payment! He asked why I was crying before, I told him about my breakup and he then set me up with the man of my dreams (and my current husband). Mark is truly a hero and restored my faith in humanity.“

“I don't live in Ohio but every time I visit I try to seek out McAlister's deli as I usually love them. At this location the food was solid as usual but the interior design was dated and cramped compared to most locations. We also had to wait much longer than usual to place our order. Price ended up being about $25 for two of the pick two options with tap water which seemed like a big price increase compared to last time I had been. The chain needs to rain that in or else they're going to lose customers. $25 for two small soups and salads is not a bargain.“

We tried Cheddar broccoli soup also at different Panera location and it was kind of ok.You can try different soup bowls but after certain visit, the taste becomes monotonous.
