“On November 12, 2023, my family and I were on our way to Akron to have our beloved pet Zoey put down, who had been suffering from seizures and heart issues. We stopped for coffee at the drive-through, where a kind female employee noticed our dog in the back seat. She offered us a snack for her, but I told her that she might not eat it because of her condition and we were on our way to have her put down ):. She broke down in tears, and so did pretty much everyone else including myself, they all came to the window to express their sympathy and support. My fiancé and I were shocked and touched by their generosity and empathy, and we broke down in tears. They treated our dog as one of their own, they showed us the most amazing kindness, and compassion that we have ever experienced.The employees were so compassionate and understanding that they made a special care package for our dog, with a sandwich and some snacks… I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart for making our difficult journey a little bit easier.
