“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. Highly recommend this place!!“

“Absolutely a must-visit—do NOT skip this gem! We were passing through Ohio on our way back to Buffalo and looking for a lunch spot near I-90 that wasn’t fast food. A quick search led me to Sausalito’s in Kirkland, and after checking out the surprisingly diverse menu and great reviews, I told the family, “We’ve got to try this place.” Sausalito’s did not disappoint! The kielbasa and pierogi were served with caramelized onions, paprikash sauce, and sour cream—my son declared them the best pierogis he’s ever had. And we’re from Buffalo, where fresh pierogi are a staple! He said these were “hands down better.” My daughter and I both ordered the butter chicken (marinated chicken in a buttery tomato sauce with basmati rice and garlic naan), and it was absolutely AMAZING. The naan tasted homemade and was the perfect complement. My other daughter and husband tried bites and agreed with us completely. My husband went with the short rib pappardelle (slow-roasted short rib with mushrooms, broccoli, arugula, parmesan, in a creamy red wine sauce). The short rib was incredibly tender—fall-off-the-fork good—and the pasta was cooked to perfection. Our other daughter had the shrimp coconut curry penne, which came in a creamy coconut red curry sauce. She finished every bite and said it had the perfect amount of heat. My husband snagged a taste and said the shrimp were perfectly done and the flavors beautifully balanced. Each dish was so thoughtfully prepared—every bite felt like it was made with care. The owners are warm, hardworking, and clearly passionate about creating a great experience for every guest. You don’t see this level of heart and hospitality often these days. If they ever expand to Buffalo, we’d be their first customers. This would instantly become one of our favorite spots to eat out.“

“Some friends and I meet once or twice a year and share a meal at a place most or all of us have never been to. RH Rooftop was chosen this time. There are 5 of us. 1 person chose the burger with Truffle fries, 2 people chose the Lobster Roll, and 2 of us chose salads (The Gem salad with salmon and the Ceasar salad with salmon). The restaurant is stunning! The service was excellent. The food was good (pricey, but good). Overall, I was pleased and would definitely recommend.“

And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). “We went to this location for the first time. It was a warm day and they were extremely busy in drive through, as well as inside. We went in, there were a lot of people working, especially a lot of younger associates. It was clean inside. I was beyond impressed because they were moving everyone along very fast with low wait times and accurate orders. I told them that we have a tree nut allergy (DQ locations clean the equipment prior to making that particular ice cream treat). I felt bad that they had to do all of that extra work given how busy they were. I did not hear a single complaint from the associates fulfilling the ice cream orders. While we waited, the young man bagging ice cream orders continued to bag for others. Once our order was ready, he stopped to wash his hands before handling our portion of the order for the tree nut allergy. I was so appreciative and was more than impressed with seeing that. I will continue to drive a little further to go to this location. Thank you for the experience!“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Customer service isn't there at all. We headed over to Craggy"s Boglands Pub and the lady bartender greeted us right away and was very welcoming.“

“Five guys is very tasty, but way over priced. I ordered 2 orders, 1 had a little cheeseburger & little fries & milkshake, 20 bucks. The other order was 2 little cheeseburgers, 2 milkshakes, 1 little Fri, was 38 bucks so dinner due to 2 people in the hospital was 58.00. that is way too much money. It is a shame they are so expensive.“

“First time here and it won’t be my last. Don’t sleep on this place folks. From gyros, Philly cheesesteaks, chicken, fish & shrimp. They have it all! Amazing delicious gyro!! I also had the garlic fries. I saw “boom boom” shrimp advertised too. Can’t wait to go back and try that. Super friendly staff. Great prices. It’s not a huge place. 3 stools to sit and eat if you choose. But , don’t let that stop you. Just don’t miss out on this gem if you’re in Mayfield Heights.“

“This location is the best to me I have 2 different other Mr Hero's near me on is not even a mile away in Shaker his the other is on Miles rd about 2 miles I will never eat there ever again the taste is not how I remember it but I was leaving work and decided to take a chance on this location North Randle and me and my wife was NOT disappointed love it and well worth the drive“
