The only drawback was that our waitress never cleared any dishes from our table or came back to ask if anyone needed refills. We were there, a party of over 20 for maybe 2 hours. “I think the majority of people who say this place is bad, or say the Sylvania stores are better - truly have no idea about the portions or how much the workers are ALLOWED to give. Some of the other customers are very incompetent unfortunately. I come here every day and they never disappoint! Will be back again soon too!☺️“

“My family visited from out of town late on a Saturday night and received excellent service and phenomenal food. I believe our server’s name was Laura and she was sweet and attentive and took the time to chat with my daughter. My husband tried the new dish, the New York Burrito, and I had the Mexican Sampler. Both of us would gladly say it was the best Mexican-style food we’ve ever had. Our daughter just had chicken nuggets and fries, but she was pretty happy, too. We intend to make it a regular stop on our annual birding trips.“

“Miss J is very sweet her desert is very soft and fluffy and her frosting is perfect it’s like the perfect combo of buttercream and whipped frosting sweet but not too sweet. Her decor is amazing you can tell she puts love into what she makes she even has put a custom cupcake together for me on the spot with no hassle and is very quick with it haha. “I was really happy with all the cakes I got. The New York-style cheesecake was classic and perfect, exactly what you want from a good cheesecake. The strawberry cheesecake was also great—it had a fresh, bright strawberry topping that wasn't too sweet. And the chocolate cake was rich and moist without being too heavy. “Tried Condado Tacos for the first time today, through Uber Eats. I’m HIGHLY recommending them if you are a taco lover! And if you’re looking for some good comfort food. I got a bowl and a Blue Dream taco. The Blue Dream was THE best taco I’ve ever had. And the bowl was just as delicious! Came to me warm and fresh. Big portions and is worth every penny. Will definitely be a regular from now on!“

“Food was excellent and came out quickly. Service not so great as our waitress barely checked on us and had to wait for a refill. The atmosphere was nice, except for the ugly picture if the Big Nut I had to see the whole time. The outdoor seating area looked nice too but was way too hot to sit outdoors that evening.“

“12/14/24 The place I usually get Fried rice was closed. Googled Chinese restaurant and pick BM's because of 4.5 rating. I see why it has that rating. The chicken fried rice is the most flavorful I've ever had. I think I found my new Chinese restaurant 😋. I can't wait to try other things on their menu. 👍👍“

“Wish I could do 3.5. Food was fine, but don’t expect anything for free as just good service. Was charged $4 for extra veggies for our wings. Seems a bit insane of an up charge, especially if you don’t warn people. Other than that, great.“

“Went out to eat at the Whitehouse Inn ... my bill was $23.16. I gave him $40.00.... should have gotten back 16.84. I would have left him a $5.00 tip. But he brought me back $7.00. Got that???? So I went straight into the kitchen and found him. He knew ASAP and I said I gave you $40.00 and showed him the 7.00 he immediately gave me $10.00. So just to be nice the I gave him $2.66 tip. Watch your change back on cash customers... It was a male with black hair and about 45 years old maybe.“

“Overall good experience at this Olive Garden. Hadn't been to one in a long time but the revamped menu made sense with solid Italian entree choices. Our waitress Jax was super great and very friendly. I had spaghetti and meat sauce which was good, sauce needed more meat I thought. I got sauteed shrimp on it as well and those were tasty. My wife got the Five Cheese Ziti al forno and that looked and tasted good. We both got the sausage potato soup which was a pleasant surprise. Breadsticks were ok, marinara we got with them was nothing special. My wife got an Italian margarita and that was nicely made. If you have a hankering for Italian and want good value, Olive Garden is your place!“

“There are barely enough adjectives to describe how incredible Mancy’s Italian is. The dining area has a lot of ambiance, cozy booths, romantic lighting, classy artwork.
Hostess greeted us warmly, asked our seating preference. Our waitress arrived within 10-15 seconds with ice water and offered a wine list/cocktail menu. Nice wine list with plenty of by the glass options. (They have a bottle shop attached to the restaurant). Drinks were served within a few minutes, waitress brought bread with dipping oil at the same time.
For our appetizer we chose to split the zucchini bruschetta and it was delicious, will definitely be attempting at home. Della casa salad was excellent - fresh, crispy lettuce with a light and flavorful dressing served on chilled plates (which I really appreciate). Hubs had the summer squash pasta with added grilled chicken. I had the diavolo pasta - perfectly cooked lobster and shrimp, asparagus and mushrooms in a spicy lobster sauce - saying it was incred doesn’t do it justice. Would definitely order again.

“I only go for their veggie cream cheese and sometimes the cinnamon. It’s the best. Every visit has been pleasant except for one. It was my first visit and the cashier assumed I knew the check out routine…he was speaking to me like I was stupid. That aside, I would recommend this location (for now.)“

“Saw this place on Google maps and thought I would give it a try.
The sandwiches were tasty but the bread was very thick compared to the meat. If it wasn't for the rest of the toppings it would have been a little skimpy.
As for the atmosphere it's pretty average for a sandwich shop.
The service was ok but seemed impatient with me not being familiar with the Menus. Overall it wasn't a bad experience but nothing there to bring me back. 🤔“

The table across from us was absolutely atrociously behaved but Shawna kept her cool and served them kindly and professionally, while also managing all her other tables with grace. “I've been to this Arby's restaurant on West Alexis three times this week each time the same gentleman serves me. He's always very polite and ask how the service was and ask that excuse the mess due to remodel. My food was hot and I'm a fan of the crinkle fries. Thank you to the manager Mike ( that's what the name tag said) for the hot food and kind service. I will continue to go to this Arby's and tell my friends about it.“
