“I was having such trouble ordering online, so I called this particular store, and the manager was fantastic! He took great patience and care to explain to me exactly how to get my best deal, and offered suggestions on how I could get an even better deal! What a great customer service experience!“

“I'd previously gone to this location and been concerned enough to reach out about the cleanliness of the restaurant and quality of my beverage. The service was acceptable but wasn't really noteworthy.

I went back for the first time this morning and was really impressed. It was very clean, well-stocked, and my beverage was good. What really got my attention, though, was the crew. Everyone was pleasant, working diligently, and I could hear how well they were communicating. The woman who helped me at the register was excellent. She explained new items and made suggestions that were helpful and appropriate.

Will definitely be back.“

“my son and I eat at cherryhouse cafe Everytime we want to have a great meal and excellent service. we prefer to get our order to go and Chris always takes care of us. he provides the best service I have ever received at a establishment!!!!! they are always very busy but he still takes the time to be so kind and friendly. he works the drive thur the counter and helps everyone. on top of that all the employees are kind and smiling and very busy. I just hope the owner knows what a wonderful crew he or she or both know they have. and the quality is excellent. on top of that food is quickly delivered to us at the counter. just the whole vibe is perfect and Chris is amazing he really provided that extra kind word Everytime we come to the cafe. cherryhouse has the best food staff and environment hands down!!!!! thank you !!!!!! 💯 percent awesome!!!!!!“

“I live this place. Americano is only a buck and a quarter and they get their pastries from the best bakery in Dayton. Do yourself a favor and get the Kouign Amann. Stopping here during downtime is always nice and the staff always seem remarkably kind. For optimum experience order the aforementioned items and sit in one of the 2 grey chairs in the middle of the room. They are very comfy.“

Besides the coffee tasting great, they have a fun menu with a wide variety of choices, each person working in there has level 10 customer service skills, and the place is immaculate! “I wasn't sure where to pick up my order I ordered in advance and when I walked in I asked the woman at the counter and she seemed disgusted and annoyed by the fact that I wasn't sure that the food was sitting on a shelf behind me it was my first time there I was I supposed to know. And then was even more disgusted by the fact that I didn't know where to fill my cup up with the drink that I had ordered. I'm sorry I haven't been there before I apologize for that it'll probably be enough to keep me from going back“
