“Truly a gem! The atmosphere is incredibly delightful and chill, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a meal. The food was absolutely delicious with plenty of options to satisfy every craving. And let’s not forget about the coffee menu – it was chef’s kiss! Great balance of coffee and flavors. This place exceeded all of my expectations in terms of atmosphere, food, and friendly customer service. My only regret is not having come here sooner. I’m already looking forward to my next visit!“

“Absolutely spectacular food. If you aren't sure what to try, get "Bourbon Chicken with Spicy Rice and (Cajun) Spuds, with sauce on it all". The Spicy Rice isn't actually "spicy", it is really just thoroughly seasoned, so don't be afraid of that if you don't like pepper-spicy foods. Same with the Cajun Spuds.
Service is always extremely quick if you order one of their main offerings, they've got their system down and can crank through a line quickly. The issue comes if you order something less popular, such as salmon or blackened chicken. So if you're in a rush, just stick to the Bourbon Chicken and you'll get your food quick!
The atmosphere is a bit lacking and old. No music in there, which isn't necessary but would be a bit nice. The sitting area is probably quite clean, but it just always has that look of being dirty. Like the whites are now yellowed, and no amount of cleaning can get them back to white. Most of their business seems to be take-out, so I don't think they care much about renovating inside. This is perfectly fine with me as the food is SO GOOD, but I figured it'd be worth mentioning here in case that was a deal-breaker for someone. For instance, I wouldn't recommend this place as a first date location, but if you work in the area and just need quick take-out food, this is your spot.
TLDR; Amazing food, quick service, lacking atmosphere. The first two more than make up for the last. 5/5
Parking: Street parking around the building, some of those side streets are generally packed and can be a nightmare to drive through or park on. That being said, I've never NOT had a parking spot, it just gets a bit crammed.“

“The coffee Pettibone serves is outstanding: true 3rd wave with amazing profiles, not the burned-n-bitter-made-for-milk beans so many roasters generate! Try their pourovers and taste the difference. The food here is really first class too, and priced fairly for non mass-produced creations. Many choices too. Avoid crowds and come early or after peak times.“

“What a beautiful addition to Beavercreek! Besides the coffee tasting great, they have a fun menu with a wide variety of choices, each person working in there has level 10 customer service skills, and the place is immaculate! The atmosphere is peaceful and welcoming and they even have a sweet little table and chairs for their youngest patrons! If you haven’t tried Reza’s in Beavercreek yet, give it a try…it will become your favorite hometown coffee spot!!❤️☕️?“

“I wasn't sure where to pick up my order I ordered in advance and when I walked in I asked the woman at the counter and she seemed disgusted and annoyed by the fact that I wasn't sure that the food was sitting on a shelf behind me it was my first time there I was I supposed to know. And then was even more disgusted by the fact that I didn't know where to fill my cup up with the drink that I had ordered. I'm sorry I haven't been there before I apologize for that it'll probably be enough to keep me from going back“

“I have been to this location twice this year. Both my experiences have been great. Today I tried something different, Chicken Noodle soup. It was good for most part nothing fancy or super flavorful. I really love the Broccoli Chedder soup & the BBQ Chicken sandwich. Those are my go to that I get everytime.“

“This local Panera has really impressed me. I've been here multiple times since they opened, and have consistently been pleased with their food execution and service. I usually get a latte and their Steak and Wake breakfast sandwich. This time I ordered the lunch sandwich (Italian) and soup (chicken noodle) combo with a drink and chips. It was a LOT of food, all really nice. I'll try their half sandwich option next time.“

“It’s always nice walking into a business being greeted with a smile then the words how may I help you. Kristi is the best providing the awesome customer service. I highly recommend her for a pay raise and promotion with more responsibility such as a store manager. Christi is the best and that’s why we keep coming back to this Panera Bread.“
