“Service has gone down hill in recent years. Biggest problem with poor service is that it shows in the food. This was once an excellent establishment for quality delivery, not any longer. There is zero consistency between orders other than something is always missing from the orders. Completely different from when this location opened up several years ago.

Edited for follow-up: Owner reached out after our latest mishap and was more than understanding, even giving us a generous and unnecessary gift card/credit. Customer service from the store manager and owner was fantastic. If nothing else, try them out based solely on the customer service from management and beyond.“

“When you order over the phone it initially sends you to a call center, ask for the store and you wont regret it. Very exceptional customer service and well mannered and not to mention the food is good too. While placing my delivery order i jokingly said we need extra marinara for our cheese sticks because my girlfriend is pregnant and loves her red sauce. 30 mins later when we the order arrived there was a free cookie cake and written on it said “for the mom to be”.We greatly appreciated that and you! “Came out for the first time this week after being told about the place by friends. I will definitely be back. Everything was incredible and so fresh. The restaurant was clean and inviting. Tried almost all the sauces, and there wasn't one I didn't like. The atmosphere was busy, fun and welcoming. I sat at the bar, and was a bit intimidated by the drink selections and menu, but Mike took the time to explain the choices and let me sample one before I made my decision while there was a line to the door. Everyone working was super engaging and looked like they were having a genuinely good time. Immaculate vibes, I'll be back!“

“Anything I've ever tried off the menu here has been delicious. They have specials for each day and I recommend trying the special of the day. Also they make great drinks ! I recommend the Jamaican Mule, I get it every time, it's delicious. Food wise you can't go wrong. The owner throws down in the kitchen, especially with the seafood and burgers. Talk about good seasoning, everything's seasoned delightfully. My favorites so far are the Shrimp Quesadillas (Tuesday is quesadilla day) , their Summit Lake fries and every Friday is fish Friday with a great deal on yellow tailed perch fried to perfection. This place is tastier than any sit down restaurant in the area trust me. 10/10“

“This is the meeting place for the Northern Summit Browns Backers during the season. I enjoy the Wings with creamy Cajun. They have a bucket of five domestic brews also. The group is enjoying the discounts as well.

“I like my wings extra done and the sauce was the icing on the cake. I wouldn't smack my Mississippi Momma but they were Great! I would go more often if the wing were a little less, some specials, or they had a coupon. Not that they are not worth it.“

“Update, this BW has been remodeled and revamped. It is much better then it was and I think the food is much better now with good service. It will go back to list of options.

Couple years ago I refused to go here anymore and it is super close to home wich was unfortunate. Thwy have changed.“
