After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls??? “I came for early dinner and missed the Saturday night rush. The atmosphere was nice with decor and soft music. There was a full bar separate from the dining room and more than one dining room. They had a nice offering of wine on the menu. I started with a salad with house dressing. Fresh shredded cheese topped it off. It was good. There was also a basket of Italian bread that comes fresh every morning from local Massoli bakery. It was really good. I ordered the ravioli combo which is house made every morning. The combo had 9 large ravioli, 3 meat, 3 spinach and 3 cheese. They were very good. I got a side of house made hot Italian sausage with marinara. I really liked it. I finished with a house made cannoli which was excellent. Service was great and I enjoyed the meal. They have many house made items on the menu so I would like to come back and try some more. I read that the lasagna is popular and they have daily specials. I highly recommend.“

“Just ate here for the first time with my husband and 3 kids. Everything was great until the end where a couple mistakes were made. I had forgotten to grab our leftover boxes and by the time we turned around to get them, they had been thrown away. The staff and manager went above and beyond to correct the mistake (and deal with an over-emotional mom). Im very grateful for the way they handled the situation. Will definitely be going back (and remembering to grab our leftovers lol).“

“Concerto is our favorite place to eat in the MGM Casino. The food is served hot and it is very delicious. A very good alternative to the other restaurants in the casino. All of their food is good and the serving sizes are just enough to fill our appetites.“

“I just went here for the first time and I have to say the food was fresh and delicious! My friend and I split the homemade cavatelli with meat sauce and lasagne. Both were perfect! Tried the fried pickles for the 1st time, they were decent. The French dip is also good, can be a bit too salty sometimes. But overall decent prices for decent food.“

“Nice little Italian restaurant in downtown Kent. Over all the food was excellent their sauce that they use on pretty much everything is very good. Our service was kinda poor being how slow they were at the time and one other issue is parking the music store next door has a entire parking lot where the restaurant has nothing at all except pay parking on the street. With that being said will I go back yes definitely its worth the minor inconveniences but it would be nice to buy out about half of the parking from that music store for your customers.“

“Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“
