After 5 minutes of being on hold because nobody knew what deals they had, i was finally able to redeme the online deal. This last time ordering, we got home and realized they gave us a 12" pizza.... i thought the pizza looked small when my husband got home but we were hungry. it wasnt until the next day, i noticed the bottom of the box says 12". soooo, instead of getting an extra large, we got a small? either update your website and deals, or educate your staff on the deals you have!! $26 for a small pizza and 6 skimpy Pepperoni rolls??? I had forgotten to grab our leftover boxes and by the time we turned around to get them, they had been thrown away. “I have been coming here on and off for years. I have tried many, many dishes, and literally every single one of them is outstanding. I started off coming in here just for pasta, and I was never disappointed. Lately, however, I have been branching out to sandwiches, salads, fried chicken, and tonight, I tried the fried catfish. Every single time I’m here, I am blown away with the quality of the food. I am always greeted with a smile and a warm and friendly hello. They have a nice big room, perfect for parties, and regulars at the bar who always make you feel like family. I love, love, love this place!“

“The food is okay but they always forget something. Go back to get what they forgot and it had been sitting under a heat lamp. They don't bother remaking it or doing anything to make it right.

Update: Updating my review from 3 stars. Got a gift card sent to us for the problem with our previous order. We got a pizza and a grilled chicken salad. All was great this time.“

“Decided to try it after seeing reviews about their gluten free pizzas and how good they were. I will say that I am glad I did!! I can honestly say, their gluten free Detroit style pizza is the best gluten free pizza/dough that I’ve ever had!! I went to the Twinsburg location and the two guys making my pizzas, Isaiah and John, were very friendly and helpful! Their pizzas are a bit on the pricey side, especially for the sizes, but I will still definitely come back just for their gluten free pizzas! Thank you for making a gluten free dough that tastes so good and almost exactly like regular pizza dough!! Also, I should add, I got their vegan cheese as well and it tasted really good too!“

“Nice little Italian restaurant in downtown Kent. Over all the food was excellent their sauce that they use on pretty much everything is very good. Our service was kinda poor being how slow they were at the time and one other issue is parking the music store next door has a entire parking lot where the restaurant has nothing at all except pay parking on the street. With that being said will I go back yes definitely its worth the minor inconveniences but it would be nice to buy out about half of the parking from that music store for your customers.“
