“Spice Catering Co. - Exquisite Food and Exceptional Service The benchmark for an excellent wedding caterer is the quality of food and quality of service, and Spice Catering Co. delivers excellence in droves. The quality of their food was apparent from the first taste. We arranged to be in Cleveland for a tasting at the Spice kitchen and were treated to a selection of appetizers, salads, and entrees for our wedding. Everything at our tasting was amazing. It was difficult to narrow down to our absolute favorites, but when I tried the beef short rib, I knew it was the one. Much like the tears of joy my wife had when she found “the dress,” I was overjoyed with the beef short rib. It delighted many of our wedding guests as well, while the salmon entree left a similar impression on the fish connoisseurs. The quality of dishes was unquestionable. Furthermore, Spice leans into seasonality when providing a menu, which undoubtedly promotes ingredient freshness and quality. We had about 100 guests at our wedding, most of whom selected one of two fantastic meat entrees. However, we also required a vegan dish, and the vegan entree was not of lesser quality. It was a delicious curry, demonstrating that Spice provided exceptional dishes to every guest. Spice receives high marks for quality of service by catering to every single guest at our wedding’s plated dinner. Pulling off exceptional food and service required thorough planning and terrific communication. From initial emails to a fun and delicious tasting, Spice Catering Co. was attentive to our questions and requirements, which led to a marvelous menu for the most important people in our lives. We cannot thank David and Spice Catering Co. enough for their time and talent serving a wedding reception menu to cater to our foodies’ dreams. “I work at millcraft up on grant ave. But live in Akron. My friend Mike told me about this place. I bought 3 pounds of your fresh polish sausage. I got home around 11 am. I cut off a peace because i wanted to try it. Cooked in just a little butter. Oh my, oh oh my. That is the best sausage i have ever ate. Well, i cooked up.the rest and my wife said she does like sausage but that is incredibly delicious. Thank you“
“Jason and the Brennan's staff catered my wedding in July 2022. Needless to say, they did an absolutely phenomenal job! I received so many compliments on the food, friendly staff, and outstanding service. Jason is incredibly kind, experienced, and easy to work with and helped the reception run so smoothly. Also, Brennan's pricing is very reasonable especially in comparison to so many other catering companies. “We had our wedding here at Windows on the River in the Bridge View Room and cannot recommend this venue enough. The staff is professional, kind, and organized. The food is absolutely delicious and we had so many of our guests compliment it. The venue is stunning and we had the cocktail hour in the Aquarium which is so unique and fun. We had an incredible night and could not recommend Windows enough for your wedding day. Kathy Lewis is amazing, organized, and so helpful. She truly cares about her clients and her experience is so valuable. She made the planning process a breeze. Thank you to all of the staff at Windows (and the Cleveland Aquarium)!!“
“Marge catered a party for 50 at our home and we cannot recommend her highly enough. Her menu is extensive, prices fair, and everything is home cooked. She and her staff came to set up hours three hours before the party and food was delivered piping hot at the time we requested. Guests fought over her stuffed cabbage and her pastry tray was so good, everything was gone before I could get a piece. She supplied all serving pieces, including REAL silverware, not plastic. She is super organized, energetic, and a joy to work with. We knew she was good but she more than exceeded our expectations.“

“We stopped here for dinner on a Saturday night a little bit later around 730 which was kind of nice because it wasn’t super busy and we were able to sit right by the bar area which is kind of nice because it’s a little bit quieter there. Great menu selection,they have pizzas, burgers side dishes and their specials for daily were pretty nice as well. Nice wine selection, and beer selection. It’s in a strip mall and it’s small on the outside, but goes back further. Definitely hard to mess if you’re not looking for it. Plenty of parking. Definitely a nice place if you’re in the neighborhood, service was great. We had a very nice server.“

“I bought 6 different types of soups. They all are very delicious. I chose the avocado, sweet potato, asparagus, butternut squash, black eye pea & celery, and spinach. They all are very tasty and nourishing to the soul. I was quite impressed with the amount of soup in each container. Although they all are great, my favorite are the sweet potato and avocado!! Sometimes, I'll add a little chicken or turkey for protein. Check them all out and see which one is your favorite. 😋“
