“Chicken and shrimp were over cooked and dry. Also they charge almost 5.00 extra to use a credit card and a 18 tip is added to the end of the bill. They don't tell you so watch out you don't double tip.“

“We have been coming to Hot Grillz Diner since we saw it on New Day Cleveland (way before the pandemic). Karen and crew are awesome and the food is fabulous. “4 of us visited Bruno’s Sunday for dinner with a 6:45 reservation. Greeted immediately upon walking in. Bar area seats abt 10-15 and reservations can be made for bar seating as well! Within a minute of being seated our server had our drink order and returned with them. Appetizers ordered: Hot sausage stuffed peppers These weee absolutely awesome. Served with peppers and onions with a light marinara. Menu says “spicy”; they are medium hot but amazing flavor Artichoke The couple with us ordered these ?breadcrumb” battered and fried portion. Also sauced in hous made marinara. Entrees ordered: chicken parm, spaghetti marinara, scallops and pasta. All were tremendous! Our server Martha was spot on with everything, meal was very nicely paced. I spoke with the gentleman in charge to compliment him on his food and staff. This was our first visit but definitely not our last! This is a definite 10/10.“

“Tried Barabicu for the first time yesterday. Got ribs, potato salad, mac and cheese, and baked beans so I could sample all my favs. The food is perfectly seasoned, and you cannot beat $12 for a half rack of ribs! The mac was elite. New favorite bbq spot.“

“Came for a birthday party and can't say I'd be back. There were several problems. First off, I waited 40 minutes for a coke. Seems like everyone else got their alcohol though which also had a very long wait. The server Cici was awful to say the least. She couldn't get anything right. My husband ordered the rib dinner and i had the two meats and two sides (brisket and ribs). The ribs were very good, I would definitely order them again if I ever came back. But the brisket was absolutely awful. The toughest, driest piece of meat I've ever bitten, tasteless with no bark whatsoever. They were out of rib tips which I was honestly disappointed about but the ribs were bomb. They were moist yet tender cooked to perfection. The macaroni and cheese *and believe me I don't eat everybody's* was really really good. The greens had too much vinegar but were still enjoyable. The baked beans (Fire whoever made them immediately) literally took a can of bushes and added green peppers and onion. I ordered my 2 year old a smoked wing appetizer and some fries. WE GOT MY 2 YEAR OLDS FOOD AS WE WERE PACKING UP OURS, He literally ate my whole plate because he had no food. I ordered the garlic parm on the side and of course when they brought his wings it was covered in garlic parm. The fries were so full of salt they weren't edible but I got over that quickly. Still being very very generous I told the waitress I would be paying for my friend for his birthday. She didn't just charge my card for my best friends meal, but for everyone else at the table almost 300$. How do you make that kind of mistake. I believe it was intentional. After that I just ran out of there. The service however bad, still didn't overshadow that the food was really good. I just wouldn't order the brisket agian and definitely tell them no salt on your fries“

“My company held a retreat and workshop in the Tasting Room in February of 2026 and it was absolutely fantastic. The service staff was extremely friendly and made sure coffee, beverages, and snacks were always stocked. The meals they prepared for us were incredible - ask for the mac & cheese. And then, at the end of our work event, we had a happy hour right there in the room with some of the best beers in Cleveland. If you're looking for a place to have a work event, I HIGHLY suggest you call GLBC!“

“A great place to grab a slice or two for a good lunch! All pizzas include some fresh basil slices and are finished with grated cheese

I tried out 3 pizzas, the sauce vodka on the vodka pizza wasn’t as spicy as I would have wanted but both it and the margarita were very good! But the real star of the show was the white pizza. The ricotta is wonderful and the honey is applied juuuust right as to not overpower any of the great tastes.

“I live about 90 min from Cleveland, and my 8 year old has been begging me to take him somewhere to try bubble tea for weeks now. We were in Cleveland for the night, and Balance was close to where we were staying so I decided to give it a try. The girl working at the counter was AMAZING! She was so helpful and super interactive with my son, literally mirroring his excitement. I know this is something small, but I have worked in the service industry and I know how infrequent it is to get positive feedback. I’m sorry I didn’t catch the girl’s name (she was tall with long blonde hair), but she was fantastic and really made us feel welcome. The restaurant was also super clean and all the employees were working hard.“

“If I had to pick the top 5 coffees I’ve ever drank in my life I would have never thought that a coffee from MGK’s coffee house would be my #2! The place was such a cute place to stop on our road trip and I was pleasantly surprised but how good the coffee was and the atmosphere of the place!“
