“Food was actually better than most McDonald's restaurants. Human service was good, but I dislike kiosk ordering and it malfunctioned and we had to redo the order. I also dislike that the drink towers are no longer customer accessible, and the fact that their large drink is now smaller than that of many other similar restaurants.“

“I wanted to pass on a HUGE thank you to your team. We were traveling home late yesterday evening and after encountering places that were either closed or had no interest in serving us, we stopped by your restaurant around 10:30 pm. Your staff was extremely friendly, very helpful and the food was hot and fresh. in this day and age of staffing issues where everyone wants to complain, your team was outstanding and deserves recognition for a job well done.“

“Best experience I’ve had at a McDonald’s between Chillicothe and Dayton. During lunch rush today, staff was kind and very efficient. Food was put together and brought to our table quickly. When I was having trouble finding a highchair for my toddler, a staff member quickly stepped in and found one for me and brought it over to my table.“
