“I just left this Taco Bell and had to come write a review, 9/14/25. I don’t know who’s working in the kitchen this afternoon, but they deserve a raise. I ordered two Cantina crispy tacos, And they are the best I’ve ever had. Not only was the Cook killing it today, But the lady at the drive-through window was so sweet! Props To this Taco Bell, I wish I knew these two workers names, But they deserve a raise!“
“This location is in the heart of Kent State University. The doorway should be replaced with a circus turnstile!! The constant flow day and night of young adults is staggering!! Feeding this amount of people is no easy task. I fed 6,500 men 4 meals a day on a aircraft carrier for several years. So I know its tough. Im always impressed with the teamwork and oddly relaxed energy this mostly "Gen Z" crew maintain. My hats off to the evening manager!! From what I've seen she keeps them smiling, hustling and communicating right thru rush periods that would intimidate Gordon Ramsey. I highly suggest you pop on in some evening! Slurry starved students and a parade of tacos, nachos and gorditas are every bit as interesting as tiktok.. they should go live sometime!!“
