I got stuck here over the weekend because my truck broke down, and I wasn’t really looking forward to the only food option being a Burger King, but the people inside really made a difference. “The quality of our local steak and shakes have significantly improved along with the staff. Much cleaner, tastes better, and even seems more filling than it used to. On top of that the new company policies like banning microwaves, beef tallow for their fried goods, and grass fed beef for the burgers. It went downhill a while ago but I can definitely say it has done a complete 360 and has honestly been one of our families favorite quick fast food locations now. Definitely better than McDonald's.“

“I have only visited three times since the remodel but I have had awesome experiences with the staff both at the drive thru and inside. Super friendly and pleasant. The order was accurate and exactly what I expected.

I don't understand the negative reviews. If anyone wants to experience poor attitude and poor quality food they should go to the other fast food joint on the other side of Rt 20.“

“I've ordered plenty of food from Pizza Huts in different areas of NEO and I have to say the Pizza Hut in Conneaut is my favorite one its amazing! Food was absolutely delicious everything we ordered was very tasty. I Ordered online to get some deals that they offer! Overall great experience!!! Definitely will be ordering again soon!! My kids also thought the food we ordered was yummy! They demolished everything in 20 minutes!“

“Oh boy oh boy where do I begin👏 I don’t usually write reviews, but this Subway visit needed to be documented. Zach absolutely carried this experience. The man is a sandwich artist in the truest sense.

First of all, the olives? Immaculate. Not too many, not too few, just the perfect balance like he’s been training his whole life for this moment. Same with the banana peppers, crisp, flavorful, and placed with precision.

And the mayo? Somehow exactly the right amount. Not drowning the sandwich, not dry… just flawless execution.

Also, I don’t know if Subway hires based on height now, but Zach is tall enough to reach sandwich perfection from any angle. Efficient, friendly, and clearly takes pride in his craft.

If you go to this Subway and Zach is working, congratulations, you’re about to have a top-tier sandwich experience.“

“I always go to The McDonald's on 20 because it's close to my work. I was by this McDonald's and decided to go here for convenience. Never again do I want to go to the one on 20. My fries were fresh and salted perfectly. The burgers were juicy and not all dried out. And the chicken nuggets had the perfect crunch! Great experience! The staff here does much better with the quality of food!!“

“The food was very good. My family and I went in there to have a meal together. The waitress was so good and so patient ( we had little kids with us). They made our food to order, check in on us to see if we needed anything.

“Chipotle is good. Everyone knows it's good. The issues arise from high prices and poor portions. I recommend you NEVER order online for pick up. If you are not there while they are making your food, it is literally thrown together and you will notice that the protein portions are grossly small compared to what they are when you go inside. I'm not sure if this is intentional to save money, or the result of a lack of oversight but I have noticed this trend at multiple locations.“

“Honestly, this location gets 5 stars from me for one reason—convenience. It’s there when you need it, quick in a pinch, and gets the job done.
That said, the food can be hit or miss, and the service and atmosphere aren’t anything special. It’s fast food—you know what you’re walking into. If you’re expecting a great experience, this probably isn’t the spot. If you just need something quick and easy, it works.“

“Nice place to sit and eat food while waiting for the tires to be put on your car. The food here at this Ashtabula location in Walmart is better than the one at Loves in Conneaut. The vegetables taste better, so my lettuce was actually crispy.“

“I stopped at this Subway location yesterday after moving all day. Wow!!! It was so clean, well organized. The gentleman that waited on me and created a beautiful sandwich was so nice. I would love to challenge all the other Subway locations to run their shops like this one. Again, extremely clean and all fresh veggies. No wilted, slimy veggies here. Stop in and see for yourself.

Vegetarian options: Veggie wraps, salads. Possibilities are endless. Although, been sprouts would be nice.

“Stopped at this location while passing through. For a truck stop McDonald’s the restaurant was fairly clean. Food was hot and made to order as I specifically had my sandwich made to my dietary needs. It was early when we stopped in so I am guessing our server wasn’t quite awake - she was a wee bit gruff. We were overall happy with this stop. We will be happy to stop here again if we are in the area.“

“Kerrey is an amazing worker she is very friendly, fast and always smiling. She creates an amazing atmosphere. My children and I enjoy coming to this restaurant weekly just to see her. Very nice group of workers and food is amazing/ fresh. The kids recommend the buffalo chicken #44 and I recommend the Big Kahuna Chicken #55. Kerrey is always offering different sandwiches. All are amazing .“
