“I don't know who she was, but we were eating in and (I'm assuming) a manager asked us how we were doing. She then asked if we'd like a refill on our drinks. We declined, but that's the first time I've ever felt superior customer service at a McDonalds. She went above and beyond, and it was greatly appreciated.“

“I’ve always had a great experience at this particular Subway! The young staff they working there are always kind and helpful. Also, anytime I have ordered online here it’s never been an issue, and they don’t skimp on the toppings! In my opinion this is the best one in the area!“

“Shout out to all the great employees at LJS today :) I came in about 4pm, explained I was from out of town for work and that we do not have an LJS in the Akron area and that my family loves it. I ordered a 16 piece family meal with sides, 4 extra chicken planks, and 3 orders of crumbs. The staff were more than happy to prepare this feast for me to surpise my family with. They were super nice and took their time to make sure every bite was delicious. Thank you again guys for making my families night and doing such a great job! If I find myself in Elyria again I will definitely be back :)“

“Ate here yesterday ( April 6, 2025 about 3:30 ). All I can say is, 5 stars, for all categories is not enough. The young man who was the manager was exceptional. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Young people ( the crew ) were very courteous….not like most other fast food places where they act like they’re doing you a favor by taking your order. Very clean. Will definitely eat here again. Best fast food experience I’ve had in years. I also wrote a review on Yelp wishing I could give them ten stars. Keep up the good work!“

“Gotta say this location was amazing for the first time going here. The staff was friendly, the store was clean and the food was really good. You could tell they cared about the quality. Trust me when I say this, I'm not used to fast food being very good coming from the Cleveland area. Let's hope my first time is an indicator for what to expect for future orders.“

“This is one of the nicer taco bells I have been to the people I have dealt with are nice my food is normally right but the past couple times I went o got a surprise with my 5 layer burrito had fries in it never thought about doing that until I bit in to it a discovered it's really delicious thank you for the delicious mix up this is how im going to find new ways to eat food“
