“Genuinely Pizza House West has the best pizza I've had. Its nothing glamorous, but the slice is perfect. Cheese stays on perfectly the crust is incredible and the sauce is robust. The dough is made with cornmeal instead of flour from what I know. The other options are great too. Specialty pizzas are creative and the wings are incredible. People sleep on PHW cause they dont understand just how much better they are than all your other options in Sandusky.“

I would say more, but I have something important to say not long. After this occurrence I had. I had ordered my pizza and stepped away from the counter to give other people an opportunity to order and to pick their pizza up.

Simply watching what words I use if you’re a schmuck or a Karen or from the inner city, whichever you were when you told me I had number 25 on my receipt don’t be pushing your way up in here. I was not pushing my way up in here there.

You are as ignorant as they come and the problem with our country. If you stand in front of the counter after you order your pizza I’m assuming this happened and you did not want to lose your spot because you’re selfish.

You chose the wrong person to say that to After I politely informed you of the receipt and the number I had number 25. I then asked you where you were from Detroit. You started cussing me out so then I let you have it. You didn’t say much after that but apparently the young man behind the counter possibly came out I didn’t know. I thought it was your son Karen whatever the hell your name was .

I was there at the end of the season and could not figure out why the young man at the counter treated me differently. I was in sensed and enraged based on the last 17 years of the island being bodyslammed by selfish ignorant people like yourself. I removed myself from the situation again. This is a wonderful family owned business. I’m really proud to know them and appreciate them.

Don’t forget, move your ass aside when you order your pizza and do like normal people should be doing sit outside and wait for your number

You’re probably out cutting people off in traffic and bumping your horn at them you ignorant excuse for a woman, and if that was a young man behind the counter, you need to figure out who the problems are and let them know to move away from the counter, appreciate your business cameo’s pizza and the family. “Wonderful food, friendly people, quick service. Came to Middle Bass for a quick island stop to refuel and refresh after a day of boating, and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The people who work here are very friendly. The restaurant itself is simplistic and pleasant. The food was PHENOMENAL. The cheese bread (or whatever it was called, I can't quite remember) was delicious, simply superb. The pickle pizza was also delicious, these people have the brilliance of putting ruffles chips on top as well. Simply amazing, awesome, and will return again!“

I called and ordered 8 pizzas, 30 breadsticks, and 3 two liters of pop and these guys were fantastic!!!!!! Our order was delivered to the hotel in 30 mins and they brought plates, napkins, & cups! It's the best service we have had out of several Sandusky restaurants. Thank you!“

“We ordered from here this evening and first off the delivery driver, Pirate-Rob, is Amazing; he got our dinner to us in excellent time and has a superb personality, to say the least! However, I ordered honey BBQ / Habanero wings, they were delivered plain, they forgot to pack my coke and I have had better Taco pizza. Pirate-Rob took my wings back and had them coated and brought my coke back in record time, even though he had another delivery after mine. I give the delivery driver five stars but the establishment itself a 3 If you deliver from this Dominos ask for Pirate-Rob. If something is wrong he will make it right!“
