This store has changed from 3 years ago extremely I guess when they got remodel they changed management because now every time I go to this this location yes, it is always quite busy but I get my food and go I have no complaints
we spent $75 dollars on chicken & sides for it to be so greasy & stuck together & falling apart. horrible! you would think if you spend that much money you would at least get quality food
Left off part of the order, exchanged something for what I didn't order and tried to call them for half an hour... got disconnected every time IF it didn't just ring. Worst location in Cleveland
