“I got a vegetarian taco salad and it was delicious! The restaurant was very clean. The employees were also very nice and helpful! I paid $13 for this gigantic vegetarian taco salad which I thought was good! I paid an extra $2 for the street corn to be added to it. Definitely will be returning 😊“

It was my daughter birthday today and we decided to go get ice cream and we had just the best experience there but the real reason why is faith she is a super sweet employee there and gave us the best customer service. So my family and I will be back just for faith!

“If I could give it 10 stars I would. I went to the store to pick up an order I placed. When I got there, I went to the counter and talked the girl at the counter, I think her name was Evelyn. I asked for my order and she asked the person behind her to grab the one with my name. They didn't have it, so she asked to se my email. The email showed it had been incorrectly order at another store down the road (my fault entirely). She explained to me that I needed to call the Outlet Mall and they could cancel my order and she showed me the phone number. I called there and they told me I had to call a corporate number, which I didn't have, and that they would help because they wouldn't. I gave up with the Outlet Mall and decided I wanted the yummy pretzel anyway and got in line. When I got to the counter, before I ordered, the manager in the back of the store came up and asked if I got things taken care of with the Outlet Mall. I told him they said they couldn't do anything and that I just decided it was my mistake and I was just going to ignore the $12 and go on. He asked what they said and was frustrated with them for not taking care of it. He asked me what my order was that I had placed and he just gave me the order without charging me. I told him I wanted to pay for it and he told me it was on him. I again said it was my mistake and I was frustrated at myself and at the outlet mall, not at him and his store. He said that he would give it to me again and just told me, if you're happy, I am happy and we are good. That was awesome!!!!! He deserves all the props for this. He and his store are fantastic!!! They are the nicest group of, I assume teenagers, that I have encountered at any store, Auntie Anne's or otherwise. Thank you so much for taking care of me and the problem I caused and taking it upon yourself to make a solution. I WILL MOST DEFINITELY BE BACK TO THIS STORE!!!“

“Went through on my way to work this morning with my granddaughter to get breakfast, I asked if they had breakfast kids meals, they don't so I ordered 2 of the same breakfast meals and the worker put one in a kids meal bag with a toy for my granddaughter! And it turned out to be the toy shed been wanting! That made her day! Thanks guys!“
