“Out of towner trying chinese food in the area. Really good charsiu (boneless spare ribs) it's moist & taste fresh. Only thing that could make it better is if it was cut a bit thicker. Fried rice also is on point. This takes me back how I used to remember chinese food 20 years ago. Eggroll is standard. The small hot oil is too much, perhaps like a smaller container for sauces will be sufficient. Over all will be back.“

“Such a cool place! A great feeling of an old school Fish n Chips style restaurant like the ones we grew up with! Kinda like the old Arthur Treachers restaurant but better! My fish and chicken combo was perfect! Love the Cole slaw too!
I hope more people support businesses like this one.“

1) please post a sign if your credit card is out of service
I ordered and you cooked the whole meal to the tell me.
2) can’t rate the temperature as I had to run to the ATM and then of course there were girls trying to get out money and must have had balances so took me forever. You should be lucky I was not frustrated and I came back. And even then had to drive home to serve
3) showed me as the customer the fish and nice portions
But you forgot my coleslaw so sad….

“Just stopped in for some wings. And man they were amazing. Seasoned well and hot out the fryer. Sad I had to wait an hour to eat them. Would have loved to eat them hot. But they reheated well in the air fryer. Will definitely be back next time I'm in town.“

“Came into town and the food was amazing. I ordered 3 pieces of fish and a few shrimp just to get a taste of the city and after I ate it I had to order 7 more pieces of 3 types of fish. Loved it. Very welcoming place. Walked into fresh seafood and fried on the spot. Couldn't wait forgot to take the photo 1st.“

“OMGoodness! I popped those fries in my mouth and wanted to pull over (and they were not stingy at all). Then I bit into a hushpuppy and almost had to pull over. A little further down the road, bit into a hugemungous shrimp and wanted to close my eyes but I'm driving so instead I just started singing. Was trying to save the fish till I got home but........pinched a piece, popped it in, brand new song; I started rapping, y'all!!! Their tarter sauce is different; wish I had asked for 2 extra cups. You gotta go. I'm in town for work and it's 35 minutes from my hotel, but you bettah best believe I'll be driving them 35 minutes back!! Go there! You'll love it!!!“

“I love that i can get fried gizzards. I have been looking for quite a while. I'm eating them right now. I also got fried okra and fried mushrooms. The flavor is great but I think they use too much salt. This is the 2nd time I have eaten from Hook Fish & Chicken and it was salty the last time too. Please use less salt or no salt.“

“I'm currently sitting here eating, the food is fantastic! I got chicken tenders because I'm a toddler, but they're so 🔥. The food was as fresh as could be, I literally had to wait a minute to start eating. The tenders were fantastic! I'm not sure what the breading is seasoned with, but I can tell you it's good! The fries are nice and crispy and also nicely seasoned. The hush puppies are the best I've had in a long time, and the Sam's Sauce is also delicious! I would recommend it twice if I could!“

“To start off the salsa was so good. And they offered more salsa once we finished (which is a first for me at any Mexican restaurant). Service was polite and fast. The food OH MY GOODNESS!!! So good. So fresh. The steamed veggies? Amazing. I had the burrito special and it was delicious! So flavorful. My S/O had the pollo tropical and it was so fresh and flavorful. I would recommend this place to anyone. I don’t know why it’s not busy.“

“Always had a great meal at Loo’s. 43 years ago , my wife and I ate an entire white pizza at the old restaurant on Parkman Rd. Just tonight, my wife, daughter and I had the same meal. The pizza is exactly the same. Great place, great food, nice people.“

“This was a Great place to have an early Fathers Day dinner! We couldn't believe the dinner portions! Our server Sarah, was on top of things. She explained that the dinner portions for one are large enough for two, and we agree. What a treat that I'll never forget. Was definitely worth the Drive from Mentor Ohio.“

“Delicious food, always fresh and hot. No complaints on seasoning or anything. It's Chinese food, and it hits the spot. Highly recommend their Orange Chicken. I'm the type to get something over and over again until I'm sick of it, and this is definitely that dish for me. It is DELICIOUS! The workers are well mannered and appreciate your business. That's hard to say for other Chinese/Asian restaurants in the area, but Chef Chen has a new patron in me.
Parking: Not really hard to find parking, but around lunch/dinner, their parking area can fill up, making it hard to find a place to park. But I guess you could park along the building.“

“I had a steak salad. It was good, but there wasn't enough dressing, only one little plastic container full. If I pay $20 For a salad, it needs to have enough dressing so that every bite tastes like the dressing. It shouldn't have dry spots for that kind of money, which is overpriced for a salad. I also had to wait longer than the quoted prep time before it was ready.“

“I was visiting this area on a brief layover looking for a quick, tasty meal with a beer. The Manor was s great find as I was completely satisfied with the meal, atmosphere and selection of beer. Additionally, the staff was friendly, witty and engaging. I am very glad to have picked The Manor over the many fast food offerings nearby.“

“The store is filthy inside but the crew are always friendly considerate and helpful. The food is always made fresh when you order it. Some people they don't like Long John Silver's there's very few left I'm pretty certain there's just a handful of secret society people who keep this company in business but I truly like Nae love the chicken and the fish for that matter the rest of the menu is sketchy in the fact that you have to pay for a drink instead of coming with a meal but I'm cool with that I like this place in the service you get helps.“

“Had a wonderful dinner our first at this site- other Firebird visited was in Frederick Md which the manager Emilio trained - he's doing a great job here .. his staff is friendly and efficient they all seem happy to be working there and working as a team - nice to see people smiling as they work Our waitress Baylee did a great job friendly , not over bearing , answered questions about menu with ease We will return“
