“Very quiet!! Very polite atmosphere!!! No one hurling out F-Bombs!! Very peaceful.
I visited 6 - 10, 13 April 2026. My lunch destination for now on!!! I am a charter customer eating my first meals in 1979 prior to joining the US Army and a few times a week once my brother retired from the US Army in 1995.
This of course until the relocation to Main & College St.
The Lunch Special #1 is my mainstay!!!“

“I was greeting when I walked in by both people working. The person taking care of me paid attention to detail and made it exactly like I asked. He was very knowledgeable and I felt like he treated me the same as he would any of his own family members. He had on a really cool T-shirt and I asked him if it was his personal one or part of a uniform. He said the restaurant supplied it. The shirt said, You are Welcome Here, and had all of the colors of the rainbow. It definitely sent the perfect message and I appreciate that in these days and times, so kudos for that. My pizza was done before I even had a chance to sit down and I was on my way home. I don't think you can get better service than that. The person who baked my pizza was just like the person who waited on me, just as pleasant. Great experince, delicious pizza.“

“The pizza was excellent! I ordered half pepperoni and half beef, and both sides were loaded with toppings and cooked perfectly. The crust was fresh, the cheese was melted just right, and everything tasted hot and flavorful. The order was accurate, and the quality exceeded my expectations. I'll definitely be ordering from here again!“

“We ordered a monster sub and the meatballs with cheese yesterday about 730pm. We were next door for pool league, she told me 25 min for a sub and meatballs, I figured they were backed up for 25 min, I set timer and walked down 2 min before it went off, food was on rack, it obviously was sitting there for some time as the sub meat was COLD. My husband was so upset lol. The meatballs were the size of spaghettiO’s meatballs. The taste was there but the toddler size meatballs were shameful. We’ve gotten these a few times before and never ever were they this tiny To charge $9’for 6 of these is sinful lol Def turned off for awhile , be back at a much later date I sent a message last night before writing this. It’s still unanswered“

“I've ordered from Gionino's countless times and their food is always great! Its currently my go to spot for Pizza. I love the cheesy bread, the taste of the pizza is always on point and I've never had an issue with anything I order.“

“Stopped in after a track meet with my track team as we stopped to grab some things for the road back to Cleveland. The welcome from the owner was amazing and hospitality by Howard and other workers made us feel welcomed. Also the food was good pizza very delicious. Would recommend and would stop again. “I brought 14 travelers in on a bus trip with 1018 Travels this morning. Called last minute and we had a beautiful table set for us when we got there. The food was amazing but the server was so sweet! We asked about the history and he answered . What a great place, will be back for sure“

“Came for Monday night wings. its a bogo so quite a deal! Wings were huge and cooked perfectly. What impressed us was also how friendly the servers were. There seemed to be a ton of regulars there and we are not but were treated like we were. We have found a great place to go mondays with cheap prices.“

“We moved into the area. I was looking for a great pizza place. We don't like too many chain pizza places. But I can tell you that we absolutely love this locations, pizzas and sandwiches. We got there close to closing. And treated us like we were their first customers“

“It’s delicious… however Saturday night we ordered TWO Stromboli one medium with mushrooms and the OTHER a large with banana peppers. I picked up our order and got to my destination. Instead of two Strombolis we only got one and it was the medium. My husband was very disappointed. The pizza was ok… undercooked as in the crust was doughy.“

“I have celiac disease and have hard a time finding food that isn’t contaminated, especially pizza. The staff reassured me that they checked with kitchen multiple times to make sure nothing was being contaminated. It was by far the most delicious gluten free pizza I’ve had so far !“

“Just got my CDL and stopped in for a shower and bite to eat. Christian took care of me, held my order at godfather’s so it’s fresh, and his ambition to customer service made my day. It’s nice to see friendly when I don’t know anyone. After 20+ years in the service industry I see it and appreciate it.“
“we're from 4 hours away stoped there with a group of 11. they let us put tables together and sit down and have dinner there and are kids are loud and no one had a complaint food was vary good. would go there again.“
