“I live in the south, but when I travel to Cincinnati, I always visit this place. They are often crowded, but everything moves fast. The ice cream is the best, especially the peanut butter. Everyone is friendly and seems to be in a good mood, including the customers (of course ice cream makes everyone happy). The one topping I won't add are the buckeyes. Go blue!“

“Stop here almost every other day on my way to work for a peanut butter marshmallow cookies and cream shake the customer service is amazing and so is the ice cream there’s one girl there that is just so amazing remembers my order and has an awesome personality to the point it makes my days better and I think she has a twin which is also cool very family oriented and the dairy bar is definitely a staple in the community so thank you guys“

“I’d never heard of Graeter’s until we were at Kings Island and we wanted ice cream. Turns out, this place offered exactly the kind of ice cream we were looking for. A true ice cream parlor focused on hard serve specialties. Taste was fantastic and prices weren’t out of line from what I’d expect. If we had locations in Michigan, I’d be giving them my business routinely.“

Follow the ordering process. One single line of customers. When you are first in line, advance to the first open window.
It is kind of like going to confession. There is a physical screen you talk through and a window separating you from your treat.
When it is time to pay, the window is opened and you get your treat. “When the coin in the coffer rings, the soul from purgatory springs”.
Please excuse the Catholic analogies - this Dairy Queen is directly across the street from Roger Bacon high school.
Like I said above, bring CASH because I do T think they take credit cards. I might be wrong.
There is ample parking in back of the place, and it is easy to get in and out of here.

“I normally don’t post reviews, but Zach was exceptional. It was a busy night and another worker misheard my order, but Zach paid absolute attention and realized the wrong ice cream was scooped. He was extremely kind and hospitable. Ultimately, it didn’t matter because all graeter’s ice cream is amazing, but it meant a lot to be acknowledged and to be provided the upmost customer service. I’m an HR Director and I’m ready to hire Zach! Great hire for the Liberty Center location.“

“The best ice cream parlor in the Cincinnati area since Battenwood's in 1980s Covington. I usually don't like ice cream all that much, but I did enjoy this Graeter's. It's especially enjoyable after you see a movie next door, and in my opinion on a rainy day as well. Mariemont has a very similar feel to Winnetka, Illinois, which is why I have always enjoyed it so much, and this Graeter's is definitely a big part of that enjoyment.“

“Love that you went back to not having coconut oil in your peppermint ice cream! I can safely have it again. Also your staff didn't get mad when I asked if I could have it as the holiday milkshakes knowing that they would have to clean the blender first. He even double checked all ingredients to make sure nothing had coconut in it for me. This is service that I have not had at Graeter's in a long, long time.

“This location is an ice cream parlor with a difference. The ice cream is Mexican inspired, and I can assure you that the Mexicans do not accept pale flavored ice cream. Also, they make the ice cream on site, from fresh ingredients--and I can confirm that the fruits are fresh since my ice cream had a couple of cherry pits in it. So be careful about biting down! We arrived here in the afternoon of a brutally hot day in Ohio. The spacious store is in a little strip mall, and its decor uses the bright paint colors you'd see in Mexico. Freezer counters fill 2 sides of the facility, one containing popsicles and other frozen treats in exotic flavors, the other a wide array of ice cream. The counter clerk seemed happy to provide us with as many sample spoons as we'd have wanted, so I got to taste the cappuccino--intense! and the coconut pineapple--fruit forward but a nice toasted coconut finish--and the caramel, and do they know how to make caramel. But I settled on a medium cup with half yellow cherry and half pistachio--I just love pistachio ice cream! And this rich, sticky mound of green dairy was as good as it gets. The yellow cherry, as noted, had a couple of cherry pits lurking in it--the yellow variety is, I guess, a bit more subtle than the red. I am definitely planning on more of their excellent product!“

“Always a tasty treat, I love these cookies, but hate the lack of customer service, I was waiting for quite a while and I had pre-ordered to avoid that ended up waiting almost 15 minutes to pick up my order.

“Considering Crumbl is a chain and they receive hundreds of customers a day, I was very suprised by the customer service and speed at which they move. I usually go mid monday or tuesday which I find to be the least busiest time of the day, around 12 or 1, and Ive never waited more than 5 minutes. The cookies always come out as they are supposed to, chilled or warmed, and they make sure the order is correct before sealing it.“

“I had my first Flubs experience last Saturday 6/24. The waitstaff is very friendly and helpful. I wound up getting the buckeye parfait, which was amazing. They didn't skimp on the buckeyes. This parfait was *loaded* with small buckeyes, from top to bottom and delicious, which isn't common. The wife had the almond joy (I think) parfait, and she was very happy with it. We decided to get our ice cream and sit in the park. I'm definitely going to be a return customer, and may go back as early as this weekend.“
