“I love this Dunkin! The staff is amazing. I visit every single day (sometimes more) and order an extra large coffee with 5 cream and 10 liquid cane sugars. Each time I stop by it is like visiting family. Some of these reviewers need to relax and realize this is just coffee and donuts! If getting the number of creams wrong leaves you feeling disgusted perhaps some relaxation skills are in order. Its. Just. Coffee.“

“Gervasi is a beautiful, classy place with many different ambients. This time I enjoyed the Still House, that's perfect as an aperitive bar. The drinks were good, the service professional and kind, the location is wonderful, right beside the vineyards: amazing.

“Had a awesome barista today that showed all the awesome kinds of local made tea. went with the Darjeeling because it reminded me of one of my favorite movies The Darjeeling Limited. Yes I could've got a $1 large iced tea from McDonald's but I greatly paid $4 for my tea and tipped my barista to help support small business! “Every time I come here the staff is so nice to you. I don’t come often so I don’t have a regular drink to get like most customers. The workers are always happy to help if I have questions. Never have I ever seen a worker be rude or anything to anyone. The atmosphere is wonderful.“

“Absolutely LOVE the staff and management at this store. All the girls are always smiling and bubbly when my son and i come in. This is by far one of my FAVORITE dunkin locations. Only ever had one bad experience there and that was at the fault of another customer who was in the drive thru and was completely rude. She made a mobile order AND made an order at the drive thru as well and was upset that she had to wait for her drive thru order to be completed which apparently took to long, so she drove off only to return and blame the young girls for her own ignorance. These young ladies work their butts off for pennies they deserve better treatment and more respect than that. Overall this location is amazing“

“New to the area, I was looking for a better donut place than Dunkin, I purchased a half dozen donuts a couple cake and four cream filled and when I got home with the donuts I was very disappointed in the quality the cream filled ones tasted like day old donuts they were not fresh! having paid $12.54 for a half a dozen donuts I expected they would be better quality! I won't be back!“

The line can get long however it's coffee it's a thing. They are so nice and friendly. I've been going their for years.
They really get to know their regulars.

“I stop at Speedway 10 time a week during the midnight shift. There has been no one more helpful, friendly or more professional than Christina. She has gone out of her way to ensure that her customers are taken care of while keeping the facility spotless. Management has done well in hiring people with such integrity.“

“I was in town for Pro Football Hall of Fame induction weekend. I looked up Downtown Canton's website for restaurants and I decided to give this restaurant a try on a Saturday evening. I enjoyed the service; the owner was welcoming, the bartenders were friendly plus Chloe, one of the bartenders, always checked in to make that I was having good experience. I really liked the Purple Rain cocktail even though I'm not a big consumer of alcohol. I also enjoyed the Garlic Parmesan wings (wished I would've ordered more to take back to my hotel lol). As good as the mac n' cheese was; I wished it was served in a bowl or on a small saucer instead of a plastic container. I would patronize this place when I come back to Canton again.“

“Used to love McDonald's so I quit going to them. I was in North Canton thought I would stop at the one on market. This is the best McDonald's I think I've ever been to everything was perfect each time McDonald's could definitely learn a lot from those people great job Rick “

“I'm not sure how Hartville McDonalds does it. I only go for breakfast . My order is never messed up, that esrly morning crew is friendly and hard working. I can tell there are days they are short staffed, but still the wait time it short or non-existent. The food is hot and tastes great.“
