“I don't eat out very often, but have always enjoyed the service and quality food at First Watch. This morning I asked the hostess to check the balance on my gift card. Due to a systems problem, she couldn't do this, nor could they accept my gift card in payment for my meal. (Not a problem) When my friend and I paid and prepared to leave, the hostess gave me a First Watch gift card "to make up for the inconvenience". These folks know how to do Customer Service. Also - hope you are able to remove the nonsense posts that appear among your reviews.“

First, the food is always good and fresh, exactly how you ordered it. I have been several times with my son; The general manager and all staff go out of their way to make him feel special.
