It looks like they have a hard time getting more people to work there because less than half of the tables were filled and there was quite a wait to get in. If you people can't read your tickets, or tell the difference between a single and a double burger, if you don't know what medium well is, and all you can do is send people cold, limp, soggy fries every single time they order you should not be in business, period. You have some non-cooking mo fo's working for you and you need to CLOSE IT DOWN“

“Good burgers and wings! They have a full bar with some nice drinks options for adult milkshakes and similar cocktails. Fast service and friendly staff. The prices are very fair and there are good options on the kids menu. Located right by CWRU on Euclid, so be prepared to pay for parking in a surface lot or look for a spot on the side streets.

“I've lived out in the area for most of my adult life, and I always talk about going here and then never doing it. Well i finally did and it was worth the stop. The food was good and the drinks were too. Was really busy which is always a good sign. It seemed like there might have only been one server/bartender taking care of the entire place, which is great for her but definitely might have helped to have had one other person helping, especially since it was around 5pm(ish)“

“My husband and I were in Solon for an appointment and about an hour early. We asked the lady at the bank how the burgers were at Burger Fresh. She said they were fantastic, so we decided to try them. We walked in and were immediately greeted. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries. They were the best we have had anywhere for a very long time. “My husband and I stopped into Stevenson's bar this afternoon to check out their Christmas theme. All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. She was very warm and welcoming. Karen whipped us up some really tasty holiday drinks. We highly recommend the Tipsy Santa.“

There are 5 of us. 1 person chose the burger with Truffle fries, 2 people chose the Lobster Roll, and 2 of us chose salads (The Gem salad with salmon and the Ceasar salad with salmon). “We don't recommend Lino's because their customer service isn't there. When customers come in and sit down they should be acknowledged. My husband and I read about Lino's being on the PD's list of one of the places that had the best wings. Well, we just left there about 8:30 after walking in, the lady bartender working tonight and I made eye contact, we sat down and she didn't come to see if we wanted to order. We sat for a few more minutes thinking she'd come over or perhaps another person was in the kitchen that would come take our order but that didn't happen so we left. Even the courtesy of asking how “was the food/meal”, as well as offering to take your tray/trash. Some may say … “So?”. ………. WelI …….Appreciated It! And here is something that you may not see in the aforementioned places: Areas wiped with Clean Water & Towels. To Include the Trash Receptacles (saw a guy almost washing one). I was Impressed at the Cleanliness at which the Restaurant maintained. 👍🏾“

“What can I say. I've always liked there Roman burger and fries. I always say no cheese on anything and they would repeat what I say but I some how I end up with cheese on my sandwich. I am lactose intolerant which makes it hard on my stomach.“

“First off. OMG!! The guy there was the sweetest human being ever. I apologize I don’t remember his name, but he was so sweet. He asked me what I preferred due to being pregnant, he wanted to make sure he covered my cravings, while telling me sweet stories about his family. The food was amazing. But he’s the real reason for the 5 stars. Ladies better go snatch him up. He’s amazing.“

“I ordered a little bacon cheeseburger, regular fries and a large fountain drink. The burger was delicious, perfectly cooked with a good amount of crispy bacon and melty cheese. Bun was not soggy even after waiting 10 minutes before I had a chance to eat it. Fries were undercooked but still good, not super fresh but they still hit the spot. Restaurant was clean and staff was super friendly. I would for sure eat here again. The only cons I can see would be the price. My total was $19.53… 6 bucks for underdone, greasy, lukewarm fries would make me reconsider and the gentleman who took and handed me my order had really long fingernails which was off putting.“
