I am a picky Italian when it comes to Italian food and Alesci's has some of the best Italian food in Cleveland. “The food was very good. I was a bit surprised that they don't grate fresh cheese here (and instead provide a shaker) since even Olive Garden does that. Also, the potstickers come in orders of four, which seemed stingy. Service was a bit lackluster. Our server had an attitude in particular; she left us hanging twice and muttered things under her breath walking past our table. And they were out of the dessert special that they offered us.

The food outweighed the lackluster service. Would recommend.“

“We had my birthday celebration there. Let me tell you, the experience was just beautiful. There were 16 of us, and they catered to our every need. The serving staff was patient, and very thorough. They were so attentive, and made certain we were very well taken care of. THE FOOD! Man oh man. That food was the bomb. “Great food! The inferno alfredo pasta is amazing. I grew up in the East Cleveland area and used to be regular in little Italy. First job was a dishwasher at Gustos way back when so I prefer mom and pops authentic food places over olive gardens and fast food pasta chains. This place is definitely a gem, good customer service and hospitality! From Euclid with love!

My only notes are the prices were a bit high and the place was pretty cramped unless you sit outside in the back. Despite these, you will only be greeted by very nice staff and have nothing on the menu to complain about.“

“I heard good things about this place so I came to check it out. I was seated instantly on a Friday night which was extremely busy. My food came out literally 5 minutes after I ordered. I had the lamb rigitoni and it was amazing. Sierra was my server and she was polite and efficient. Will definitely be coming back.“

“The red headed black male chef that served me today was condescending and rude. I was expecting great service since he was the chef and only two people in front of me. He was too busy correcting me on menu item names to make my order correctly. This location needs better service from the chef. No napkins and 2 forks left at the drink station that needs cleaning as well.

Went back 12/11 and had a wonderful experience with a different chef, Chef Geovanni. He was kind and efficient. I’ve updated my review based on that!“

“Went for the 1st time today, and met some friends we have not seen in a while. The service was exceptional, food was delicious, atmosphere was delightful. Our server went above and beyond mentioning to her manager that we were meeting friends we do not get to see often, and surprised us with a glass of champagne so we could do a toast. we will definitely be back. Thank You for making our gathering extra special. Two of the couple drove an hour and fourty minutes to be there, and well worth it.“
