“This Penn Station is a go to for my family when we want a quick, affordable meal. The staff are always very friendly to us and I feel as if they genuinely care about our dining experience (which is rare these days). One time they forgot to pack my daughter's sandwich and before I had even realized what happened, they called me and gave us a free sandwich. I cannot think of a place in recent memory that went out of their way to own up to a mistake like that.
So if you're looking for good food that doesn't feel like you're getting ripped off, and quality customer service, I recommend this Penn Station.“

“Was hearing so much about Charley's cheesesteak, the article in the Call and Post is what really pulled me in. “I don't know who manages this Charley's😋on Broadway Avenue in the hood but I tell y'all this....their food is always HOT&FRESH to order. The customer service is 💯. The food is Delish!!!

“I’m so glad Charley’s Cheesesteaks are popping up, it’s been awhile since I’ve had one at Randall Mall (telling my age) but any who, it’s still really good. This time I got the wings and they were exactly what I was looking for. My husband had the chicken Philly, it had plenty of meat and for the size it was worth the price. Recommend for lunch or just needing a quick snap.“

“We enjoyed our visit.The prices are just tad high.The food was really good though,and I liked the cheese sauce withmy waffle fries.The man who took our order wasnice and helpful.The lobby REALLY could have usedsome attention as all of the tables weredirty and trash was scattered around.It sure is a busy place as well.Oh, by the way, they've got lemonade and fruit punch. “This place is very good!
Maria was very kind and warm, has the patience of a saint, and is very knowledgeable about the menu.
The store appears clean and well kept (in the front and back).
All the employees appeared to stay busy the entire time I was in the store.

I got wings, fries (with bacon and cheese) and a regular lemonade. The Scorpion Sting flavor on the wings has a wonderful kick of spice! The fries are my favorite in the entire city! Everything was made fresh to order.

“The best value in town. Every variety of hoagie from steak, chicken, turkey have been fantastic. The fries are fair fries and at 4$ for a small the portion is bigger than 2 McDonald's fries put together. Have never had a bad hoagie here. Hoagies are overfilled and will fill you up and left overs for later“
