“Decent restaurant nearby. Decent size parking lot. Complimentary Chips & Salsa (didn’t ask if they have spicy salsa). We came in on a Friday evening and got the last table for 8. Friendly server and decent foods. Our grandkids like it, thus we will probably come back. I had the special “Cubed Steak with White Rice, and Corn”, quite good.“

The decor had a unique feel Sort of a blend of new and old, I dig it I found it welcoming just my take. Waiter was cool. I thought the food was excellent, pricing was fair. “The food was good for the most part. My daughter loved the Mexicano Burrito. I got the Seafood California and I was a little disappointed. While the fish and shrimp components of the dish were very good, the other seafood (mussels, crab, and octopus) was absolutely not. I only had 1 piece of octopus but that's OK. After that 1 piece I would not have wanted anymore. The crab was imitation crab and it was so overcooked that it was like rubber. The mussels were good but there was some sand and that grittiness just ruins it. I really was looking forward to some great Mexican seafood given the name of the restaurant. While I will probably be back to give this place another try given the Google reviews that speak so highly, I will stick to the shrimp and fish. I have had much better service at other Mexican restaurants. The service tonight was definitely the bare minimum.“

“I cook good AF so if I compliment a restaurant , you know it’s good AF. Haven’t even finished my food and I just have to take a minute and say how freaking delicious EVERYTHING at Tacos Veloz in Milford is. OMG 🤤🤤🤤 I ordered the “parilla hay mama” and it comes with 4 tacos in double corn tortillas (skipped those) with cilantro and onions. I got al pastor. They give you a couple lime wedges, some radishes and even a small cheese quesadilla. You also get a side or super fresh rice and beans with a strip of queso fresco. OMG this is so good lol 😂 Nice size chips and salsa. Those were kind of basic but it’s just because the actaul food is amazing! Also ordered a chili relleno and it was really good.“
