“Came in before 2 other tables got food last. Seems like waiter cared more about her friends tables then a new customer. Other waiters were at our table more than her. Had to ask twice for everything including refills. Felt over charged for quality of service and food.“

“Yummy I went there yesterday on Ashland and the pizza and sub was beyond 😍.
The lady who made the food I have never seen before but she is a keeper.

The next day I called back to get a repeat and was told by another employee sorry we can't do that even though I explained I just had one made the day before.
I called the other location and was told the same thing.
To me it was a great example of terrible Customer Service.
I didn't mind her saying it might make the sub soggy but as a customer who is paying for it if that's what I wanted It should have been made .“
