Mary was hands down the best waitress we’ve ever had—top-notch friendly, incredibly informative, and she truly made the entire night memorable. We can’t say enough great things about her. The drinks were outstanding. We tried five or six off the menu, and every single one was handcrafted and delicious. “My husband and I Stopped in randomly after driving past on a Saturday afternoon. We loved it. Sat at the bar. Talked to one of the owners who served up a fantastic cranberry orange margarita! Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

We had the rolls with the honey butter and I had the mushroom pizza, my friend had another pizza and we both loved our food. The staff was awesome too. “I talked my husband into going. We went on Friday evening, we sat at the bar, service was great. As we sat there I heard a saxophone with my back to the band. I asked my husband is that a sax I hear. He said yes. The band was good. My husband said "this is going to be my new go to place". Nice crowd.“

The staff is friendly and personable, always there when you need them, and not when you don’t. “We had a 12:30 pm Sunday Brunch reservation and we’re able to sit on their deck overlooking the Cuyahoga river. We had a wonderful meal, our server Cara was prompt, polite and pleasant. The service was outstanding, the food and beverages were enjoyed by our group. Great spot to hang out with a panoramic view of the river across from the Jacob’s Pavilion at Nautica. We will definitely go back.“

“What a hidden gem. My husband and I stumbled upon Nordstrom Grill a few weeks ago and it was like we were transported back in time. The wait staff couldn't be more helpful. The soups are amazing and will warm you up on a cold winter day . . . and the burger might also be the best in Cleveland. I only wish it were open for breakfast!“
