“This place was so accommodating. I came in very close to closing time and thought that they would be annoyed but they were very happy to help and were pretty damn chipper for it to be 10:30pm. Not only was the manager nice but so were all of the employees even in the back. This is my new favorite location!“
“Well I told myself about a year ago, roughly that I would never go back to this Chipotle/Kings Mills….dirty, bad staff, bad attitudes, bathrooms were disgusting. Well, on my way home from Columbus, I was really craving some Chipotle…and despite my hesitations, I decided to try this location again. Well, wasn’t I surprised! A 360 degree change! The restaurant was clean and the staff was pleasant. Food was darn good too. Whatever you guys did, you need to duplicate it at your Polaris location. Great job! I’ll be back soon.“
