“Absolutely the best Wendy’s experience I have had in the Cincinnati area. First time at this location on 8/1/25. Dining room all nice and clean. Every employee competent and nice. Food was quick and perfect. Absolutely perfection experience. You can tell this location is managed well.“

“We dropped our car off at Firestone, walked across the street at 7:45am to get breakfast and realized the dining room doesn't open until 9am. We were going to walk thru the drive thru, but Tyler stuck his head out of the window and told us they were unlocking the doors for us and to come inside. Tyler and Shyanne were both very kind, polite, friendly and professional!Also, the food was hot and fresh!“
