“Absolutely the best Wendy’s experience I have had in the Cincinnati area. First time at this location on 8/1/25. Dining room all nice and clean. Every employee competent and nice. Food was quick and perfect. Absolutely perfection experience. You can tell this location is managed well.“

“Went through the drive thru today, I was greeted by a person(I didn't catch their name). They were very nice. I always order through the app because sometimes people have a hard time hearing me. This location is my favorite out of all of the Dayton/Cincinnati areas.
The quality of food is always good.
You do have to wait a little bit, but it is worth being patient.“

“We are traveling thru Mason trying to outrun the winter storm. We stopped here for breakfast. From what we could tell, one lady was running the store by herself. She did great! Thank you so much! I imagine it was overwhelming, but you didnt let that stop you.“

“I dont usually write reviews on fast food but this time I felt compeled. Very efficient, friendly, and polite service. Food was really good and ready in about 2 minutes. Fastest, most quality service I've ever had at Wendy's in my 34 years of life. Keep it up gentlemen.
