“After working all evening I came home exhausted and ordered a burrito bowl via door dash. It arrived and only had a bowl with a scoop of guacamole. The store had closed and dasher not responding. So we called and somehow got thru. They filled what the found odd on their end - a bowl of guacamole - but just laughed. However when we called they offered to remake it as I had put it through if we could come and pick it up. I tried to contact thru door dash as Chipotle isn’t responsible for that system having an error. I got no where but they stayed and waited ten minutes for us and had remade the correct order and were extremely pleasant and helpful. It was 10 pm by that time. Thank you so much to this Chipotle location and theirs willingness to help us get this figured out since door dash charged me $20 for a scoop of guacamole with no way to resolve. Thank you to the whole crew at Massillon Chipotle!! You all were awesome !!“
