Cozy atmosphere. We shared the breakfast burger with the most perfectly fried hash browns and a side of the Brussel sprouts! No complaints. Everything was delicious! Highly recommend!“

I got the Seafood Bisque cup and a half Ruben sandwich. Both tasted great and waitress was spot on (there when we needed her and not there when we didn't need her). “Yesterday was a Sunday, I worked all day. On top of it, my Jeep had a flat and it was late on a Sunday so no shops were open. I hadn't had the chance to go grocery shopping because I worked overtime last week because its Birthday Season/Holiday Season. So decided to doordash dinner because i was starving. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with Mayo on it. First there was no bacon. How do you forget to put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger? The burger was blackened burnt.Then there was no Mayo on it, and usually that wouldn't bother me cuz it's a condiment that is usually in most people's fridges, except mine, because I hadn't gone grocery shopping. I can't eat a dry burger. Needless to say I went to bed hungry last night. May I add I work in healthcare and we're in an active covid outbreak. I was so exhausted and work has been so stressful, that this whole ordeal literally made me cry tears. I felt defeated and I was looking forward to chowing down that burger. The most upsetting part was how much my food cost, and the prices are hiked on doordash. I can't wrap my head around how careless the cook obviously was.“

I don't usually love creme brûlée but the Bourbon creme brûlée was the best I've ever had! Chocolate pot was delightful, too. The attention to detail, care for fine ingredients, and presentation is very evident. Drinks - had the Smoked Rosewood and Pineapple Smash, will come back just for those drinks... or desserts. “The restaurant has a vintage ambience , little bit of old world charm. I had a struggle to find Vegan & Vegetarian options at the restaurant during dinner and breakfast. On the day of my departure, I came across M lounge, Cleveland Marriott East, and I met Mrs Gwen, she was very kind to listen and quickly conjur a toasted vegetarian sandwich for me and I was very pleased by this gesture. It is disheartening that in this age, Vegan and Vegetarian still find it challenging to find a descent meal while traveling in the US.

All I can say is, wow! not only did the place look great but, the service was awesome and the food was really good. Karen, the women working the bar was an absolute sweetheart. We had the rolls with the honey butter and I had the mushroom pizza, my friend had another pizza and we both loved our food. The staff was awesome too. “We were in downtown Cleveland for an event, and I was so excited to see that there was a vegan spot within walking distance from Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse and Progressive Field! I got the vegan fish sandwich, my husband got the vegan BBQ chicken wrap, and we split the vegan chicken tenders (which are actually a chicken patty cut into strips). So good! The fries were some of the best I've had too...and as a vegan, fries ARE my best friend ? The only real downside is that it shares a space in The Eatery at Tower City Center with a non-vegan place, so just make sure you're reading and ordering from the vegan Yes It's Fresh menu and not the Everybody Eatz menu. “Moved to Ohio a few months ago, after trying a few place in the neighborhood, Saw people playing corn hole in the parking lot. Decided to try it out and brought my wife. As sooner as we walked in, 1st it was busy, but was greeted right away, by what I thought was the owner, ( later found out she was working in the kitchen) . Long story short, they made us feel like we found a new home!“

“Excellent seafood. I eat seafood all the time and the shrimp here are large and of good quality. I got a rice bowl with curry sauce. The sausage crawfish and shrimp were plentiful. Curry sauce was fabulous with just the right amount of heat. I ordered medium hot. First time ordering and I will definitely be ordering again.“

“This is a throwback to the days when all department stores had restaurants, tea rooms, bars, etc. The Walnut Room in Macy's (formerly Marshall Field) State Street store in Chicago is still the quintessential department store restaurant. I am so happy that Nordstrom continues this tradition throughout the US. I love the Nordstrom Grille restaurant at the Beachwood Place Nordstrom in the suburbs of Cleveland, OH. I go there a lot. Plus they sometimes offer special holiday-themed breakfasts for kids/families (i.e., Spring, Easter, Mother's Day, Christmas, etc.).

Vegetarian options: My daughter is vegetarian and loves the food at the Nordstrom Grille. She always finds something she likes.“
