“This dunkin is by far my favorite one to go to and mostly because of 2 people and the rest of the staff of course but here is why..I am a regular customer usually getting a medium frozen mocha coffee and there is the super nice lady that takes my order she calls me honey everytime and the most pleasant voice. Then at the window it's always this tall skinny young man who has a smile on his face no matter what day it is and he is so very nice and between these two it makes my morning so much better every time. Also i feel like whenever these two are working that drive thru it is not only fast but my order is always right every time i can see these two checking the orders as the other crew is preparing and they check it over everytime to make sure it's right i have been to a couple other dunkins before and i got my order wrong a few times but it happens when your busy.However especially now in these days it so hard to find such good service and people who actually enjoy their job and i just hope these two stay and continue to make mine and the other customers morning great nice job dunkin!“
“Great experience, picked up a mobile order through the drive thru and it was ready as soon as I got to the window! They unfortunately didn’t have the donut I initially wanted, but I was able to get another one I liked and they threw in some extra goodies for the inconvenience which was very kind! I got a refresher that was really good as well :) I asked for light ice and they did exactly that- which some other “coffee” places really don’t, so I’m grateful for that. The people at the window were incredibly nice and everything tasted yummy and fresh. Definitely recommend!“
