“This our favorite steak place, and we are repeat offenders here, but this was by far our worst experience. EVER. Waited 40 minutes for our filets, both of which had been butterflied and horribly overcooked. We ordered “medium plus”, but they were every bit of well done (no pink to be found). We started to eat the baked potatoes while they cooked new steaks, but were unable to keep the gnats off our food (we were seated outdoors). During the 30 minutes we waited for our replacement steaks, our server came back to the table to apologize three times, each time ignoring our empty beverage glasses. By the time the steaks we ordered had arrived (70 minutes after we ordered), we were fed up with the bugs and poor service and asked them to box our steaks to go. The manager comped our meal (and the second steaks were PERFECT). We hope the experience will be better next time.“

“Just two weeks ago, I wrote a glowing review for The Chop House, and here I am again—because they’re just that good! When I asked my wife what she was hungry for, she immediately said, "The Chop House," and once again, they did not disappoint. The food was absolutely amazing. I had the prime rib with burgundy mushrooms, served with real horseradish that reminded me of how my mom used to make it—simply perfection. The rice pilaf and Caesar salad were spot-on, with the salad served at just the right temperature. For dessert, we indulged in the Hershey chocolate cake with homemade ice cream and caramel syrup. Every bite was heavenly. Our waitress Brittany, was both professional and charming, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The service, food, and atmosphere were all top-notch, just as we’ve come to expect from The Chop House. If you’re looking for a place to enjoy an exceptional meal, this is it. I’ll be adding some photos to this review because words alone don’t do it justice. Highly recommend!“

“The Longhorn Steakhouse in Moraine, Ohio is EXCELLENT! From the food, to the service, to the cooks, to the management, everything exceeded my expectations. The steaks are cooked perfectly with just the right amount of seasoning. There’s a wide variety of sides, salads, and specialty/seasonal dishes too. They offer gluten-free items as part of the regular menu (with just a few tweaks to the items). The management is super accommodating and even made a special shrimp dish for me with a gluten free sauce that’s available. The servers are attentive without hovering and made my grandson very happy with an extra plate of fries (at no charge!) I highly recommend this restaurant.“

“I am a travel nurse, and my husband and I love trying different fine dining restaurants. This was one of the best restaurants in the entire country that we’ve been to. In addition, our waiter Dane, was phenomenal. We brought our 2 year old son, and he laughed and played with him, creating the perfect dining experience, while recommending the best dishes. Could not recommend this restaurant enough, 5 star service, for sure.“
