“We were in the area (Heath, OH) and decided to get quick lunch. The place is fairly clean and the food was good considering it's kinda fast food and cheap fare. Our cashier Alex just stood up the most. He was kind, patient and informative (we haven't eaten Fazoli in 5-6 years). He takes his job seriously and you can see that. “This Pataskala Hot Heads is absolute trash! Would leave 0 stars if I could. Burnt pieces from the grill in my food so I couldn't chew it and I had to throw it away, 2 young girls working were absolutely rude for no reason, terrible customer service. No wonder this location was dead compared to Zanesville, let kids run it with attitude problems and see the store fail. I had an $80 order and the rude employee refused my money although there was no signage posted what bills they take. They were then drinking and eating right next to the open food which is a health code violation. Not recommending this location!!“

“I’ve been going since it opened, and it’s been amazing during breakfast hours. Today I went and asked for a chicken sandwich plain with no pickles or mayo. They preceded to put a half pound of mayo and five pickles on this abomination of a sandwich.

Stick to the one in Zanesville.“

“I stopped in quite often with my two year old son and my five year old son, who both absolutely love the employees at this location. Mckayla is by far or absolute favorite out of everybody at every fast food location. She has a great bright personality goes above and beyond to make sure that the kids are satisfied.Always finds a way to make friendly conversation.Even when busy. And my absolute favorite is my two year old, ran back behind the counter.And instead of getting frustrated, she gave him a tour and showed him how the donuts were made. It made his entire day now.He talks about her every single day.I cannot drive past tim horton's without my son.Trying to make me stop just to see his best friend. “The staff was friendly and greeted me. I got the standard pretzel bites and sauce. They were hot. They did have a few other items ready to be purchased. It's a nice snack while walking around the mall. It is close to the movie theater.

Parking: Parking near the movie theater. Plenty of spaces.

“Good, juicy, hot burger made to order, accurate and fast. Kind staff. Fries needed more salt and possibly cooked longer. Were not golden and their normal crispy. I ordered online counter carryout. I was given cups to fill my own drink. If they had Coca-Cola Freestyles, I might like to pick my drink, but I'm used to my drinks being filled for carryout. I was in a hurry, traveling. Drinks need to be waiting with the pickup order. Also had to ask for a drink carrier.“

“By and large, Wendy’s has a better hamburger than McDonald’s. Have been going to the Buckeye Lake Ohio Wendy’s for 25+ years. Today was a first. I had not eaten in the dining room since before Covid. I usually get drive thru but my husband and I decided to eat in today. What a terrible disappointment. I wanted to place a separate take out order so my husband got the straws and napkins and got a table while I waited on my salad to take home. There were only 2 other tables of people so the store was not that busy. The store was dirty with food all over the floor. When I complained, I was told that they are under construction. I told them that food all over the floor is not construction related. One trash can was over-flowing and there was no place to put your garbage. They were out of spoons in the dining room so I had to ask for spoons for our frosties. There was no ketchup in the dining room so I had to go back and ask for ketchup. My second trip to the counter, I asked if there was a manager around. The cashier pointed to a lady. She looked in my direction and then turned her back and walked away. This is the worse experience I have ever had at this store in the 25+ years I have been going there. I’m so disappointed. But yes I would still recommend Wendy’s food.“

“Today, Saturday, May 31, 2025, I phoned a large order to KFC for takeout from the Heath, Ohio, location. The order was $76.78.
I had called Friday evening inquiring as to how early I needed to call to get an order by 12:00 (Noon),
I was told that even though they didn’t open until 11:00, the staff was there early and would answer the phone.
I called at 8:00, Sara answered and took my order. Sara said the order would be ready by 11:00.
Sara was very sweet and friendly.
When we picked up the order, which was ready, at 11:00, the staff were also friendly.
When we unpacked the bags at home, long story short, the order was perfect, sauces, and everything.
I highly recommend this restaurant.

“I had not been to Subway in a few years. The food was not great. Meat looked like it had been there for a week. The last weeks I started going again. The food was great, service good. It has really turned around for Subway. Keep up the good work!“

“We were in a hurry to go to a doctor's appointment we called ahead for potpies . When we got there ours were ready and waiting for us. My wife and I have a hard time waking the girl at the counter carried our food to the table
