“On my visit today, I was greeted by the young lady working; the store was clean, the line was clean and orderly, and the food was fresh. Victoria made us some great sandwiches as well, making the vist awesome overall. Keep up the good work!“

“Ive never had any issues until tonight. The 2 young men working tonight were pretty disorganized , but apologized for it, and failed to read special instructions on my online order. Also- bacon is always supposed to be heated even if the whole sub is not unless specified.“

“The quality of the food is always good, and the manager, Morgan Bethal, is possibly one of the best managers i’ve ever had. She will work with her employees to make sure the succeed working here and she is very kind very professional and greets customers kindly.For those of you who do not understand though, after 9:30, we have to take out scoops and laddels, its not as simple as put it back in because that is one more dish that the closer of the store has to do, and we already have alot of things we need to do before close, so before writing a negative review because you didn’t get what you want, read this review and try to understand that food workers are people too, who just wanna get their job done go home and EAT.

“I ordered tonight via the mobile app. I referenced I had a tuna allergy and the staff were amazing! I showed up a tad early. They let me know they used veggies and surfaces away from the tuna and that haven’t been in contact with tuna. Some may say “well that’s what they’re suppose to do.” Well as someone with this allergy I can express my allergy doesn’t always get taken seriously. Those two working tonight went above and beyond for me. I couldn’t be more appreciative and I’ll be returning to this subway.“

“Out of the 2 Subway locations in Bryan I prefer this location. The service is always friendly and good, the staff may be in the back but they do look out front if not if you just call to the back for someone they do come right out. This of course is a staffing issue not caused by the employees. They are always kind and courteous. I am not sure what the issues with the Subway restaurants in this region but putting enough toppings on any sandwich you order is always an issue (ie, lettuce, tomato, etc...) it's like they must think people don't like their veggies. Just ask for more and they are happy to add more. I will continue to return to this location because of the quality and the customer service. Also they take coupons unlike the other location in town.“
