“We just returned home from Bugsy's Italian Cuisine in Massillon. What a wonderful dining experience we had! Bugsy's menu selection was so large, it made it difficult to choose. We opted for the calamari, pasta puttanesca (just like my Italian mom would have made), and salad with the house white French dressing (it was delicious). Our server, Meagan, was exceptional. She knew the menu inside and out, was attentive to our needs, and could not have done anything more to make sure we had an awesome experience. Great job Bugsy's, and a special thanks to Meagan.“

“Our food was better than we imagined. I had spaghetti with meat sauce and my niece had chicken Alfredo. It was so so good. Our service was very attentive and friendly. We got there around 12:30 and even though the parking lot was full we did not have any wait.

“today we ordered the Jan special. the guy working the oven called me over and said our philly steak stomboli did not look good and he did not feel right sending it home with me. He offered to make something in its place. I had to wait a few minutes but he also made me a fresh pizza! I just want to say thank you for sending quality food that looks good out! it's always delish! Thank you so much!“

“Been to lots of restaurants from the best to the not so desirable, I'll come back always if the service is indicative of what I experienced on my recent visit, food wasn't too bad either. Thank you Angela for the best service I've ever experienced in ANY restaurant. Never an empty glass constantly cleaned our table, checked on us without checking on us ,very pleasant personality, very efficient, polite, professional,and funny wanted her to sit and have dinner with us,really impressed, and the suggestions were spot on ,pasta bravo Della casa side salad,, peach Bellini and Carmel cheesecake, were all very good! I love it here!“

“I've been ordering from them since I moved to the area in 2021. I chose their wings over anyone else's. They are quick, open late & deliver and that's the trifecta to being successful in the area. The staff can be a little blunt or harsh but, it comes w the territory.“

“Food was on time. It was so hot I couldn't eat it. Driver was polite and he brought food in house helped me why I signed receipt. Roll was fresh. Potatoes amazing. Reminded me of pizza oven old school! The bear. Management on lincolnway should be proud of the work them and employees do. Thanks guys!!!! Vern is one of best managers I've ever seen. Handles young kids with authority and is respected. This is a family establishment and Vern and other managers get utmost respect from the Hull family and I'm sure my friends the dipietro family. Rest in peace Bear!!! Your family legacy lives on and strong!!!“
