“This was my first time going to this location. The staff were super friendly. Greeted us right away. We were able to sit down and get helped right away as well. “We ordered the hot home meals package and picked it up on Thanksgiving day. I want to commend Managers, Jonathan and Joey at the Dupont Rd., Fort Wayne, IN store. Although the restaurant was packed with customers, and also with people picking up carry out meals, the food we picked up was exactly as ordered and everything was hot. We all enjoyed an excellent meal at home and everything was exactly as ordered and tasted very good. Would highly recommend this restaurant anytime in the future to anyone who wants takeout or to eat in. Excellent value and service for the money.“

On our last visit, there was no wait during peak lunch hours, and the waitress was fantastic: got our orders as soon as we sat, checked on us, brought drink refills before we were empty just because the food was coming, and had the plates out as soon as they were ready. We ordered breakfast, and everything was tasty.“

We are out of town and decided to try this as we ate at the one in Cincinnati before he had allergies! The manager came out. “Have been wanting to try this place forever and finally made it in today with my best friend, what a disappointment. Their posted hours show open till 2:30 pm, we arrived at 1:50 (plenty of time for some pancakes and coffee.) The weight staff was in full on cleanup mode and made it Very obvious they were done working for the day with the way we were greeted. I ordered decaf coffee and was told there was none left so decided to have regular and then didn't even get a full cup of that. At $4.99 a pop I need a full cup. I looked at my friend and said "they don't want to wait on us they are annoyed that they are already cleaning up and we came in" she agreed so when the server came back I politely said "we will just elsewhere we can tell you're cleaning up for the day" There was no "oh you are fine, you still have 40 minutes" or anything like that there just " are you sure?" We left and headed down the street to Delaney's Diner who would also be closing in about an hour at 3 PM but a TOTALLY different vibe. Greeted with a smile from the person at the hostess stand and 2 of the chefs even looked over and smiled and said welcome come on in! We looked at each other and said much better, we are definitely in the right place now. I've heard nothing but good things about the pancakes at the Pancake House I only wish I would have got to experience them But being treated well is more important to me than food. I understand wanting to be done work for the day believe me but it wasn't like we walked in with 3 minutes till closing. Oh well 🤷‍♀️“

“I reserved a table for my husband and I to celebrate our recent marriage. It was Friday night and SO busy. Even though it was packed, the staff were very attentive, friendly, and open to discussing the menu. We were very appreciative of the gluten free modifications they made for us (and a lot of it didn't even need modified). Excellent cocktails and my husband was able to watch Chef and staff prepare (in the main lounge). The Sea Bass was excellent and my husband said the Waygu steak "will haunt my dreams." We finished with Creme Brûlée, which was already gluten free. We will definitely go back again.“

Not only is the food great, but the care and attention that the staff paid towards my nephew who is on the spectrum when he came to pick up his food was overwhelming. “I haven't been to O'charley's since I moved out of Reynoldsburg in 2009. My family and I went while I was in town not too long ago...the waitress was a sweetheart and super attentive. She timed her visits to our table perfectly and never let anyone run out of beverages. My steak was cooked perfectly and my son ordered the chicken parmesan and said it was delicious. I can't wait to go back when I return to town from Pennsylvania!“
