“We always love Firebirds! Tonight we had to wait for a bit for our party of 8 even though we had a RSVP. This isn’t normal, and the manager comped some items for us to make up for it. We really appreciated that gesture! The food was amazing as always, the seasonal hot chocolate cinnamon roll was so yummy. I almost always get the filet and it’s cooked perfectly with the right amount of seasonings to enhance the flavor of the steak every time. Ethan was our server tonight and he was kind and very attentive! He made sure to get the littles’ food out ASAP which was great. Great dinner and great service on a busy Saturday night!“

“Came in for a late lunch and was blown away by the service. I had never been before and was given several samples to try to help make a decision on sides. Service was quick, food came out immediately, tasted great, and was well worth the price for the quality. Would definitely be back, especially to this location!“

“Dine-in service is consistently good this year, and the meals are perfectly cooked. On our last visit, there was no wait during peak lunch hours, and the waitress was fantastic: got our orders as soon as we sat, checked on us, brought drink refills before we were empty just because the food was coming, and had the plates out as soon as they were ready. We ordered breakfast, and everything was tasty.“
