“Went through the drive-thru, line was long but moved quickly. Drive thru cashier could have been a bit more cheerful, not even a smile and only told me what I owed. Was given 3 of my items then waited for my fourth without him saying it would be ready in a minute just had to "guess" it was not ready.“

“I have lived in New Albany for a year and a half, and I have stopped at this Starbucks while shopping in Kroger and today was the best one yet. I met Sandy and a pleasure it was to chat with her while she made my drink. She is just a sweetheart. Thanks for the pick me upper Sandy, because are by far the nicest person I have met in New Albany.“
“I had a good experience here. Placed a mobile order and it was served on time. They were pretty busy, too. I like the atmosphere inside, and nice outside seating area as well. Nice stop while I explored downtown New Albany.
Parking: Watch for traffic if you park across the street.“
