“The food was good, however it took nearly 30 minutes to get my food. And, when I did get it I was missing a breakfast baconator. I had to go back in and due to changeover got a lunch baconator instead. I didn't mind it, however the long wait period felt unnecessary. I felt bad for the girl who was working register because she was the one who would usually get backlash for this.“
“Food was better than I usually find at other Wendy's. Staff was cheerful and helpful. I dislike having to use the kiosk to order. Enough so that I'll probably choose to go elsewhere. It takes longer to order and customizing options are limited. Example, you can't add onions or cheese to chili on the kiosk. You have to catch them at the counter before they complete the order.“
