“Use to go to the place on 571 pretty regular. Been looking for a good time to try the new place in Troy. Today was a perfect day for a walk in Troy and a quick stop at the new place. The place is gorgeous inside the food great and the people working were friendly, fun, and polite!! Stop in for a burger, beer, and gret atmosphere they won't disappoint. Of course if you leave without getting the mac & cheese balls there is something wrong with you and I don't know if you can be helped“

My double cheeseburger stayed satisfyingly hot until the very last bite, and the same was true for the French fries. Even the McNuggets were wonderfully hot when I got to them. “This location was across the street from our hotel, so we chose to eat here as my wife had never experienced a Five Guys burger. Now she wants to go to the location near us back home and try a patty melt! The staff was friendly and efficient. We dined in, and the seating area was clean. Cheyenne took our order, and when I told her it was my wife's first time, she took her time and helped her decide what to eat, and made sure she got the burger just the way she wanted. Do NOT miss the peanut butter milkshakes. Incredible!
When I told Cheyenne I needed mine bunless, she knew exactly what I meant and offered either a bowl or a wrap. I got the wrap, but next time I think I'll get a bowl. The wrap is actually two pieces of lettuce, and so it's difficult (and messy) to pick up and eat as the lettuce does not surround the sandwich. Good thing they provided a knife and fork.
Overall, a delicious and enjoyable meal.“
