Staff is very friendly and the place is easy to get a bite if you stuck at the local steel mill
Yesterday, August 2, at around 3:00 PM, I placed a mobile order through the app for this location. The app clearly showed that the store was open, so I had no reason to believe there would be an issue. I arrived around 4:30 PM only to be told by the BP employee, “They are closed. There isn’t a Subway employee here to make or prepare the sandwiches, and orders have been going through all day.”

Horrible customer service and inconsistent services. Online orders not found when picking up. Lazy worker didn’t nothing! Dirty and rude staff! This location needs to be shut down!
