“On Tuesday, June 17th, 18 old ladies and gents "dropped in" for lunch, thinking arrangements had been made for us. Someone slipped up. The restaurant already had a healthy number of customers but the staff hustled tables, chairs, setups, etc. and in no time, we were soon seated and making our food choices. Instead of any of the staff having an "attitude", we were treated with Simon's usual good cheer. Bravo Simon's!“

“Was hearing so much about Charley's cheesesteak, the article in the Call and Post is what really pulled me in. “The food here is so good and so reasonable! My son had the lamb Gyro and he could not stop raving about it! The rest of our party had breakfast sandwiches and they made them fresh right in front of you and I specifically said I only wanted bacon if it could be crispy, very few restaurants understand what crispy bacon is supposed to be But they nailed it! He told me he would make sure it was crispy and it was the best. He cracked the egg in a pan right in front of us went into a little oven and it absolutely perfect. We ate there in the morning before going to the football game and we highly recommend West 3rd Deli!!!“

“I used to live in Cleveland hts and started going to Grums when they first opened. I now sometimes drive all the way from Westlake just for a Grum’s sub. In my opinion the Grums Turkey Ridge sub on French bread is the best sub ever, anywhere!!!“

“A friend recommended Cocky's in University Heights a while ago, so on a Saturday afternoon I ordered a caffè latte and the Cocky Bagel Sandwich. And WOW! The latte was so refreshing. The Sandwich was HUGE and more importantly it was delicious. The service was friendly and prompt. The interior is beautiful and very welcoming. I highly recommend this place.“

Sure, it can be a little pricey, but what fast food place isn’t these days? The chicken Philly was mid. Nothing against the workers. One part of the bread gets soggy, I feel because of the meat and vegetables“

“Great food! I have gotten delivery a couple of times and they were always pretty quick.
The original wings were of good quality, and the Korean bbq ones were especially good.
Ordered the Cajun fries and they were perfectly seasoned and fresh.
I have also tried the Bacon Chicken Chipotle and California Chicken subs and both were well made and very tasty. I like that they are delivered open in their boxes.“

“This location has friendly staff and the food has always been cooked well. The location and outside leaves much to be desired but since the food is good we don't care as much about the outside 😆. Most likely you will want to get food through the drive-thru or order on the app and pick it up.“

“Went there yesterday to get tobacco and tubes somehow every time I go go there lately the price of my hot rod tubes go from 2.19/2.49/4.31 yesterday, I’m on a fixed income !! The tobacco hasn’t changed but if the owner/manager isn’t there they charge me what ever they want“

“I received bad customer service today around 6pm. There were several customers ahead of me ordering multiple sandwiches that were made by a young man. When it was finally my turn, a friend called me on the phone. It was ringing loudly, but I answered and got rid of the call in 10 seconds max. When I looked up a young lady appeared and was making multiple sandwiches for the two people at the end of the line who arrived quite a bit after I did and were behind me in line. There was no disputing this fact. The young man and woman tried to figure out why I was standing in line in front of those being served. He asked me if I wanted to order. Why did he think I was standing for 10 minutes waiting? No apologies from anyone. The young woman told me that she had said “next customer” and the guy behind me quickly spoke up. She said that I was on the phone, but that is no excuse as I ended the call rapidly. The food was fine, but the service was terrible and I felt ignored. The woman seemed to be picking and choosing who to serve first.“

“Listen....I live just about 40 minutes from the location. And I come specifically for this crew. Tom and the crew always make me feel like family when I am there! First and foremost, I LOVE the cucumber salad and it needs to be a staple on the menu again in my FIRM and HONEST opinion! Second, the young lady in the kitchen is an absolute ROCKSTAR everytime I come there! She always makes sure my food is top tier, chefs kiss quality! The cashier in front, (who I later on found out was Emily) made sure that I got what I requested and I am forever grateful to her and the rest of the crew! I ordered 2 sandwiches, the Mac, the potato salad, and other items and it was ALL delicious!!!!!! “Always get the Philly sammich, sometimes it's better than other times, but for the most part they're consistent and one of our regular spots, the kids even like they're subs, so that's saying something because they're picky eaters! 😊 This last time, they forgot my sub, I called and they said they'd have it ready in 10 minutes and they loaded it, it was definitely one of the better subs, maybe it was because I was more hungry from the wait or the anticipation 🤷, but whatever the case, it was good. We usually get a large fry and it feeds the 4 of us well, so it's a perfect size, I'm not crazy about how they put them in a cup with napkins on top because the top layer always sticks to the napkins and they get cold quickly, so it wouldn't hurt if they actually came up with a better container to put them in, but I still order them, they remind me if fair fries! 😊“

Vegan pepperoni, salami, and ham, vegan cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, banana peppers, red onions, herbs, and Dave’s Psychedelic Sauce.
It is really taste I swapped banana peppers for alfalfa sprouts!! it came cold next time I will ask for hot. There are so many vegan sub selections, I can't wait to to try the other options.“

“I was here on 10-11-25 after a previous negative experience and both the service and food were outstanding. There was a team member working in the grill area who noticed me waiting and asked the front counter person to find out what I was waiting for. I hadn't been waiting long, but it was nice to know that they were paying attention. My food was fresh, which I appreciated because I previously had cold fries and overly toasted bread. I felt like a valued customer and I hope they keep this standard of service.“

“I go to this particular location because the manager Jeannie is always so friendly and the food is always consistently great. The store is clean and I rarely have a wait. There is a closer location that I could go to however the manager there was rude and I noticed that there pricing was way higher then this location. I highly recommend this particular location on brookpark rd.“
