I’m sorry to say that the bread at Herb n’ Twine, while not *bad*, was not at all my style: it was dense and sweet and tasted very much like an overgrown biscuit. It’s a pity they don’t offer a classic, chewy Italian loaf, since otherwise the menu is diverse, all of the ingredients are fresh, and the sandwich flavor combinations are, by and large, well thought out (although the vegan sandwich was in desperate need of a protein to balance out the slab of sweet potato stuffed inside the equally sweet bread). The space is nothing to write home about, and there’s no place to sit and eat since the restaurant is take out only, but at least the staff were pleasant.“

“Came here for the Spring Beer Festival at the recommendation of a patient and really enjoyed it. Living in Germany for two years when I was younger I like to think I know a thing or two about proper German food, and this did not disappoint. I got the combination dinner with pork schnitzel, a bratwurst, German potato salad, and sauerkraut. My fiance got the same thing except what was referred to as a "German hotdog" instead of the brat. Both of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal. Many desserts were available in another building but were too delicious to pause and take a picture. There was also a beer truck with several imported German beers on tap at a reasonable price. All in all we had a great time here and will definitely be on the lookout for other events to attend here. I had been told they do an Oktoberfest every fall, that we will be sure not to miss.“

Over that time I've occasionally gone there for lunch and I've never been disappointed with the food or the service. Now, it's just fast food.. so have reasonable expectations on quality. They make it fresh when you order. So have a reasonable expectation on the time. The menu is pretty vast, but how can you not order a Roman burger or cheesesteak?“

“I've ordered from here on two separate occasions, the first was the 3 piece mixed Krispy chicken meal w/ Mac n' Cheese. The second was the Cuban sub w/ fries. I didn't get a pic of the Krispy Chicken meal, but I did get a pic of the Cuban sub. The chicken was absolutely delicious. Crispy outside, juicy and tender inside. The Mac n' Cheese was nice and creamy. The honey biscuit was light and fluffy with a nice drizzle of honey. As for the Cuban sub. I'm a Tampa, FL native, I'm also Cuban American. So I consider myself an expert on Cuban cuisine. I'm also a bit of a snob when it comes to Cuban sandwiches. Having said that, I will say even though it's not like the ones we have back home, this one wasn't too bad. The ingredients tasted fresh. For a "Cleveland Cuban" it was good. My only suggestion is if you can get Cuban bread shipped to you, switch out the bread. Overall, I appreciate the service. My orders were correct. The food was delicious.
