“My nephew has been working here for some time and invited my daughters and I to come check it out. When we walked in we seated ourselves and were immediately warmly welcomed by our server Alex. Before I even got situated in our seats he’d already brought out the lemonade for me. The menu is typical American bar food. Simply dime but delicious and fresh. We got wings, cheese and bacon tater tots and chicken gyoza was one of the specials. The wings were well seasoned and fried to golden brown delicious perfection. Chicken was tender and juicy not dried out. The tart tots had bacon strips crumbled over top as opposed to store bought bacon bits which was nice. All of the staff was very kind. Alex was attentive and courteous despite it being a busy Friday night. Although this is a bar/grill, I felt comfortable that I wasn’t the only family with little kids there. Even the owner came out and chatted with me for a little while which I really appreciated. She even gave my daughter some candy to choose from once she finished her food. Overall a very good experience and phenomenal customer service.

“This place is a hidden gem! We stopped here before our sons hockey game. Servers were on top of it. I got the chicken Caesar wrap and fries. One of the best wraps I've ever had. My husband got the brick house burger and he said it was very good. The toasted bun was a nice touch. We will definitely be back!“

“Drove almost an hour to come try this place. And it did not disappoint! The food was absolutely delicious! We got 2 Impossible burgers that were great the onions and pickles were delicious on the burgers, 2 loaded fries which were incredible they were our favorite part of the meal, and 2 chocolate shakes which were also very good! Very friendly staff and the food came out quick. Would definitely recommend trying and will be back again!“

“Wow! What a fantastic place this is. I was expecting to go in a get a hotdog for lunch. Was greeted with a smile and a friendly welcome. That never happens anymore these days. It was the owners mother taking my order and she went over the entire menu with me. I got a chilly dog, a taco gordito dog, a pot roast loaded baked potato and a shrimp Caesar loaded baked potato. Took it to my parents and we were absolutely amazed how good this food was. Just a fantastic place with fantastic food with fantastic people. I am so glad I stopped in. I will be back for sure. “Have a tradition every Saturday there is a group of us that go to the drive-through window.. we are older and love the young people that work night shift. They are a lot of fun and good laughs and we tell all our friends about this Dairy Queen. Recently, there’s a young lady there with pinkish color hair that should not be dealing with the public very rude. If she is a good worker, I don’t know she should be in the back ground and not heard. Even through the pandemic, we still supported our Dairy Queen. Thank you for listening.“

“Went through the drive-thru and ordered a frozen hot chocolate (not technically listed on the menu), and it did not disappoint! They loaded me up with chocolatey goodness. After some recent disappointing meals in the area, getting ice cream this good was just what my soul needed. Thanks, DQ!“

It was ready ahead of time which was cool but I had to wait in the drive-thru line with cars (I was on a motorcycle) who were placing orders. All in all it was ready relatively quickly but the convenience of going inside would have been nice.“

“Literally….. LIT•ER•A•LLY… the ONLY McDonalds I can go to that is consistent with the making of their food. Every other McD’s in NE Ohio serves their burgers smashed, tossed together sloppily, cold and downright old. Whoever works their grill on the regular is doing a great job! Someone trained these people right, that’s all I can say. Thanks for always selling freshly made food that’s packaged in an appetizing and neat way. “We cannot thank cleats chardon and Kathy Pullman enough for the amazing job they did hosting our benefit on Sunday! We were lucky enough to have almost 150 people come show their support for us and kathy made sure we had enough space and food for everyone to be comfortable. They not only provided amazing food for us but also helped an incredible amount with set up and tear down of the event. We are so thankful for everything. From the food, to the plates, napkins, table cloths, tickets and the space she provided for our event, the bartenders amanda and melissa did an amazing job as well! “Sat in the drive thru for 25 mins. after trying to go inside, but doors were locked, even tho people were inside. Should have been my first clue to go somewhere, anywhere, else. Then after waiting all that time, I get my food and it's ice cold and the bun was stale. Disgusting. I will never go back. Can't do the Wendy's survey because, shocker, I didn't get a receipt so can't get restaurant number. Simply awful place.“

“Yesterday, I came in at around 9 am for a good breakfast meal to start my day. The polite and kind young man working the cash register was very kind and helpful, with a smile on their face! You usually do not see people like that these days!! He helped me decide on the Bacon Egg N Cheese Biscuit with a hashbrown and a medium coffee with two creams. This was my first time at this McDonalds location and seeing the young mans positivity really made my day! When he brang out my food, I asked for his name and I think he said Jake. Way to go McDonalds, and way to go Jake! He has a bright future ahead of him.“
