“This was the first time visiting this Primanti Bros location but it was on-point with all of the other ones I've been to.
Great food. Great atmosphere. Quick service and friendly staff members.
The restrooms were also well-maintained and clean.
The noise level may be a concern for some people but it is a sport's bar/restaurant, so don't expect it to be super quiet.
But you can easily still have conversation with your group members at your table.“

“Most of the people working here before 4pm are not very quick about their service. I stood in the lobby while a woman counted her drawer at the register for 10 minutes before she got the guy from the back. None of them smile. It almost feels as though you are bothering them. I have NOT had the same issues after 4pm. I am not sure what is happening here. I also understand bad days. Just not every single time.“
“This morning was the first time in a long time that my husband and I had went to subway . We had no idea what we wanted and were taking so long to decide . The lovely woman working Aleathia was so nice and friendly . Even more so she was so patient. Great customer service. I told her she made my day, and she really did . I hope I spelled her name correctly 😊“

“I went to Mr Hero in niles for 1st time today Nice clean and service was good food was fresh and good Thanks Rick and nice younglady at counter and cook very nice staff 9-8-2025 Only thing I can say is I wish the had more staff but running on 2 workers they were very professional 😀 and I will be back 😀 👍🏾“
