“Kailyn was amazing!!!! We couldn’t have asked for a better waitress! We came here on vacation from South Carolina and didn’t know anything to do around here with small children and she went way out of her way to help find us something to do! Also was my son’s 3rd birthday and she went above and beyond to make sure his day was amazing!!! Overall great service and food! Amazing!!!!!

“Stopped at Bucket Heads last night and the place was packed. But we were able to find a seat as soon as we walked in.
Our server Gabby was on it, within minutes she was already grabbing our drinks and setting up our order. Gabby was very attentive towards us and every other table she was serving.
The food was great 10/10 and definitely a great atmosphere. TVs everywhere and a fun little trivia game for anyone to enjoy.

But the service outweighed it all. That's why I know I'll be back. If you stop here ask for Gabby. She went above and beyond the service expected.

“My husband and I visited the Bright location last week for lunch. This was our first experience eating there and it was wonderful! The fish sandwich was a large portion and was delicious! Our waitress was super sweet and efficient! I had a Sweet Honey salad it was so good! Large amount of food for both meals“

“This was our second time at Valley House. The first time was great, this time was even better! We had a group of 8 and the service was phenomenal! Bella was our server. She was absolutely amazing! “My family had a surprise 60th B-Day Party for me there June of 24 & my sister's 60th B-Day Party April of 26 both took up entire (I guess what it was)back room, the waitress was great both times & as many diff checks there was she had gotten them all right. The food was delicious(cept theloaded potatoes which I'd say were done lil bit before my Onion Petals were & could tell. But other than that it was great both times“

“As an IT professional of 30 plus years, I have traveled the United States extensively. Sometimes, believe it or not, it is really hard just to find a really good sports bar with good food. Look no further, this is the place. If you are on the west side, this should be your go-to. I haven't eaten anything in here that wasn't good. The service is excellent and the food is always hot and ready. The bartenders and waitresses are awesome. The ownership is involved. There are TVs everywhere for whatever game you want to watch. “Went here 11/13/22 with a party of 3 . The food was good . We sat at the bar and the service was deplorable. Who was working the bar??? We felt invisible and totally ignored. The two workers made us feel as we were a hinderance and made sure they did not make eye contact. Everything they had to do for any patron was an issue. No excuse for the service. It was not busy and we are very patient people.“

“I really like this place. The drinks are cheap, bartenders are friendly, and Pac Man for a quarter. Usually pretty laid back during the week, but can get lively on weekends. Nothing flashy or hip, just a little neighborhood hole in the wall done just right.“

“My daughter and I went with friends today for lunch and it was amazing! There was plenty of parking outside (huge new lot!) and a lot of friendly staff members inside. There were giant TVs on every wall, a great food selection and drink menu. We had the deep fried pickles and cheese pulls for appetizers and they were fresh and delicious! They have a ‘Westside Charcuterie Board’ that’s an appetizer sampler platter for only 20.00! The kid meal was a nice size and my daughter loved the chicken tenders and waffle fries. The service was great. The staff was very attentive and polite. It was too hot for us to sit outside but the patio seating is really really nice! They have really made it a nice place to check out!“

“Met my friends for lunch for our monthly get together. I believe our servers name was Sherryl and she was phenomenal. I had the turkey sandwich and hands down it was the best I’ve ever eaten. Highly recommended this place, great atmosphere.“

“Bartender made my night very cool girl. Was Monday karaoke night and was older folks singing very old songs but it ended when I arrived which for me was good.

“We are from Michigan and stopped here while in the area. Drinks were good as well as the food. My husband and I got the pickle spears for an app and then for lunch I got the chicken tacos and he chose the fish tacos. We both thought they were good. Was a little disappointed though, and we wanted to get the funnel cake fries and was told they don’t serve them anymore, even though they still have them on the menu but all in all, we had a great experience. Lauren B was our server and she was great. If ever in the area again, we would come back based on this experience.“
